studio meublé avec gout, très bonne literie. mais la présence d'une porte de communication avec le studio voisin est désagréable côté intimité....

Hotel très classe et style
Hotel agréable au cœur de Marseille a 5 minutes de vieux port génial très propre moderne seul bémol à la réception comme je suis membre gold je n ai pas reçus l enregistrement escompté même pas un sourire et nous demandons de régler les taxe de séjours à l avance dû coups j ai décidé de ne pas prendre de petit déjeuner chez eux

I was at the Montgrand on December 12th and 13th. In the morning, at breakfast, the lady at the reception didn't greet me and in an inquisitive tone asked me for my room number to let me into the lounge. When I asked if she could lend me a cell phone charger, she said no, in an annoyed tone. Today, when I was leaving after checking out, she whispered "everything's fine" and when I said goodbye, she didn't look away from the computer and said hello with difficulty. It's definitely not the kind of treatment you get from a certain type of hotel and I don't think I'll ever go back.

Les chambres sont très bien localisées proches du vieux port. L'organisation sur plusieurs bâtiments n'est pas un problème. Le personnel est très accueillant, avec les fortes chaleurs ils ont dû remplir plusieurs fois nos gourdes :) Le petit déjeuner est agréable dans le jardin. La chambre en elle même est très cosy, la literie est confortable et la salle de bain est fonctionnelle. En revanche la chambre que nous avons eue (110) est située près des blocs de clim qui rejettent la chaleur dans la cour et ceci fait du bruit et empêche d'ouvrir les fenêtres, et comme la VMC de la chambre n'est pas exceptionnelle il y a un peu d'humidité. En résumé une escale agréable et très bien placée pour une nuit, avec des éléments perfectibles si on veut rester plus longtemps.
