The hotel is very beautiful in terms of design, especially the villa bungalows are very large and comfortable. It is very close to Istanbul, 10 km from Kartepe Ski Center. As a skier, my choice is now Babil Bungalow Boutique Hotel. I would like to thank the management and the staff.

Amazing location, awful customer service, extremely rude staff , this is not a hotel is just a one man show. No lobby, no resturant, no room service. Don’t ask the staff for any kind of help! No cleaning of rooms. Just one cheap shampoo is all you get in the bathroom. Takes 3 days for them to give you a toilet roll. It’s a shame as the bungalows are so nice and location is very good but if you don’t speak Turkish and don’t have a car basically you’re stuck there with some very useless rude young guys at the reception.
