Il civico 28 merita tanto b&b molto bello situato in una posizione strategica in centro pulito e molto accogliente la colazione offre tantissimi prodotti freschi il servizio è ottimo la proprietaria cura ogni suo minimo dettaglio. Consigliatissimo 🔝🔝🔝

Ho passato tre notti, con mia moglie al Civico 28, ci siamo trovati come a casa , camere belle e pulitissime. Colazione fantastica. Struttura situata vicino al centro e molto comoda per visitare i Sassi. Monica è stata gentilissima e ci ha consigliato come vivere al meglio Matera , veramente una bella esperienza . Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille di tutto.

Al principio no entendíamos bien en donde estábamos ya que nos costó un poco encontrarlo, nunca habíamos ido a un bed & breakfast y la verdad nos sorprendió para bien. Monica un amor, nos explico todo con mucha paciencia y como nos íbamos en un horario que el desayuno todavía no estaba abierto, nos lo abrió para nosotras. Super generosa y amable. La ubicación es perfecta, solo hay que subir unos escalones hasta el ascensor y si uno tiene muchas valijas es un poco cansador pero el resto impecable. Ahora leyendo la descripción veo que ofrecen cafeteras para la habitación, en nuestro caso no teníamos de haberlo sabido quizás pedíamos a ver si nos la daban. Super recomiendo para conocer matera.

È una soluzione ideale per una tappa a Matera con pernottamento. Monica è molto ospitale, professionale e pronta per ogni consiglio per rendere perfetta la vostra permanenza a Matera. Le camere sono nuove, pulite e confortevoli. La colazione è squisita, con una proposta di dolci fatti in casa (dalla mamma di Monica) davvero ottimi. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dal centro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo per il livello complessivo del servizio.

Darei più di 5 stelle se fosse possibile. Al check in ci ha accolti Monica. Molto disponibile, ci ha dato parecchie informazioni sul percorso da seguire per visitare al meglio la città. Stanza grande, moderna e ben pulita. La colazione buona e abbondante, la signora Anna gentilissima e ci ha accolti con tanto calore.. sembrava di essere a casa. Lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
