The good: Very clean. Nice washroom. Great staff who met us, arranged breakfast and helped us park. Close to the historic sites. The not good: Not really a hotel as advertised, it’s more like a dorm or airbnb! Very plain building, not a Castello! Bed for third person very uncomfortable. Very, very loud. No soundproofing sleep was elusive. Air conditioning control did not work, in fact it would not even turn on.

La camera spaziosa e pulita, molto moderna. La struttura è nuova e all’avanguardia. All’interno un kit di benvenuto con caffè, tisane, tarallini e biscotti. Unica pecca è che situato al primo piano senza ascensore! Anche il proprietario molto gentile

Super accueil, propriétaire très sympathique. Chambre super propre et techniques modernes dans l’éclairage et l’air conditionné. Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous y allons et l’année prochaine nous y retournerons sûrement. Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires.

La struttura si trova vicinissima al centro e questo permette di muoversi tranquillamente per la città senza dover prendere la macchina per la quale inoltre è prevista la possibilità di parcheggio nel cortile della stessa struttura. Ottima accoglienza e tanti consigli sia sul cibo che sui luoghi da visitare con tanto di indicazioni stanza ampia comoda e pulita. La consiglio

Excellent accueil de l'hôtesse Rossella, qui nous a remarquablement conseillés et s'est occupée des démarches auprès de l'agence touristique. L'emplacement est idéal, juste en-dehors des zones les plus animées, mais à quelques minutes à peine des principaux points d'intérêt. Un emplacement de parking est proposé. Les chambres sont très confortables.

Dimora al Castello è una struttura nuova con un' ottima posizione. Le camere sono ampie, pulite, dotate di tutti i confort con il frigobar con acqua e succo a disposizione senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, In camera c'è anche una macchinetta per caffè e tisane. La colazione si può fare in due bar a scelta. L'accoglienza che viene riservata all' ospite è al top, una ragazza molto gentile e professionale ti spiega i punti nevralgici della città e ti dà ottimi consigli. Vi potete dimenticare di avere la macchina perché è tutto raggiungibile a piedi, sia il centro che i sassi e Matera è meravigliosa. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Ho passato il ponte dell’Immacolata in questa struttura a Matera con due amici e siamo stati tutti super soddisfatti sia della struttura che della citta … entrambe veramente meravigliose. La signora che ti accoglie é gentile e professionale, le stanze nuovissime, accoglienti e pulitissime. Ci ha dato tante dritte sui tours da fare e sui luoghi da visitare, quindi é stata utilissima. Abbiamo lasciato la cittá con dispiacere
