Hotel is very good location behind the iskcon temple, staff is very very corporative, room are proper clean and specs, preeti ji very helpful for me. All are facilities in the room linen proper clean. Very excilent stay with family. ........

This was a blunder hotel. 1. The bathroom lights are not functioning and electrician was not available, very dim light is there to get your chores done. 2. Cockroach and bugs are welcoming you at night in washroom and whole room. 3. Air conditioning is not working properly, they have set the temperature to 17 degrees and cooling is almost nil. You will not get any remote too. The water keeps on dripping from AC and that sound is very irritating. 4. The mattress and blanket were not in good condition and my body got so much itching here and there after lying for sleeping. Whole night was not good and I couldn't sleep and spent sitting to waited for clock to show 6 AM to leave immediately. 5. The bedsheet was torned out from multiple places and black marks were present, seems was not properly washed. 6. The regulator of fan had issues, you just cannot control its speed. It was a show piece and made so much noise on head. 7. There is only a small soap provided and no toiletries and bathroom was not properly cleaned. 8. This review I am writing at 3 AM since I couldn't sleep through night and mind is agitated now. If you are charging full amount, why can't you provide service for which you are charging. This was a pathetic experience and I would never want to come here again.
