Impeccable service, dinner and breakfast are unexpectedly delicious and rich, very full and satisfying. The outdoor bone soup is not too hot, but you can enjoy it with your family and enjoy the white snow scene. If I come again, I will still choose this place!

We went from Matsumoto and bought tickets for Shirakone Hot Spring directly at Matsumoto Station for more than 2,000 yen. We first took the train to Niijima Station, and there was a connecting bus when we got off. We got off in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. . The hotel has a sense of age, but it is very clean, especially the hot springs. Breakfast and dinner were both very good. I was very touched to have such a good meal in such a mountain! The young man who served us, Tian Shang, was warm and thoughtful, and his smile was touching! The hotel actually has a young man named Xiao Xu who can speak Chinese and helped us solve many problems. There was also a waiter who helped us book a taxi, thank you very much! The hotel is very good in every aspect. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay again!

I was very worried when I read the comments section before coming here. It is very good for a hot spring hotel in the mountains to have such service and quality. We originally booked two days, but later directly extended our stay with the hotel for one day. The hot spring is very comfortable. It is normal to have some sediment in the natural hot spring water. There is no problem if there are some leaves in the open-air hot spring. The food was very good, I couldn't finish it by myself. Overall, it was very good. In addition, it happened to snow heavily on the day I extended my stay, which was great👏

I have never experienced such high-quality hot spring quality. Breakfast and dinner are very unique. It is a good secret place for hot spring bathing. I happened to meet the ********* employee Xu Sang. The service is very kind and considerate. I want to come again next time.

Lovely experience and onsen. I went with family and it was our first time visiting an onsen, and the employees were extremely accommodating to us. The scenery around the hotel is mountainous and peaceful. It was a little fancy for our tastes, especially the multi-course dinner that we weren't used to, but the onsen bath was an amazing experience. The outside onsen water was about body temperature, and the inside tubs were warmer. I went in the onsen a few times, at night and during the day, and both times it was beautiful and relaxing to observe the landscape while soaking in the milky water. There was a great ambiance in the hotel, it was very soothing and the futons were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they had self-serve coffee after breakfast. We stayed two nights which felt like a little much, and I think one night would have been better.

I have been staying here for about 30 years, but the attitude of the middle-aged male staff is very bad. They charge a service fee, right? I think it would be better for him to learn about the customer service industry.

The milky carbonated hot spring I was looking forward to was disappointing even before I entered. It was 1000 yen for a day trip bath. The subtitles said it was crowded. There was a reasonable amount of disinfectant at the entrance, but the entrance mat hadn't been changed in years, the carpet at the reception was stained, and the path to the bath was by no means clean. There was even a strange smell in the changing area. As for the important part, the bath, there was floating garbage even in the indoor bath, and the mixed outdoor bath? The dead insects and flower garbage, and the horseflies flying around could be life-threatening. The spring quality was lukewarm, so it had to be heated. It was slightly colder than body temperature when I touched it. The warning sign about heating it made it feel like a seedy place. The carbonated bath I was looking forward to didn't heat up as much as I thought it would, and I was more concerned about the hygiene. I will never visit again.

First of all, it was my first time staying in such a terrible building. I was really looking forward to it, but the room we were given was very tilted, the windows didn't lock, and bugs kept coming in - it was the worst. The baths were always lukewarm, so my husband caught a cold. The food was just pretentious and there was nothing particularly expensive, especially the hot spring rice porridge croquettes, which were oily and soggy and awful. What was funny was that the room was so tilted that the closet door didn't close and the lintel was cut off, which surprised me. They charged about 20,000 yen per person and yet they shouldn't treat us like this. They should have just said something like, "The room is tilted, but..." I never want to go there again.

Since everyone has different preferences for spring quality, the evaluation is irrelevant, but it is a hot spring that I like. However, when I think about it as a lodging facility, the negative points stand out. As a facility, it is noticeably old and not very clean. The changing room is also small considering its size, and I think the infection prevention measures are not very good. The open-air bath is surprisingly warm and at a comfortable temperature. The source water that falls like a waterfall is lukewarm, though. Also, it looks large in the picture, but it is surprisingly small. However, it is not so small that it is stressful, so there is no need to worry. I would rather the indoor bath be larger. The washing area is a little narrow, and you will get showered by the person washing just by walking. The day-trip hot spring costs 1,000 yen, which is 1.2 to 2 times the price of a normal hot spring. It is by no means cheap, but it is a popular lodging facility, so there are many users. It is the fate of a hot spring resort with many users, but people with bad manners are noticeable. There are many children, and they have no manners, and the parents do not warn them. Also, the open-air bath is milky white, but you can still see what you can see. Due to the above points, it is not possible to relax and enjoy the hot springs. In this case, I think 1500 yen would be fine during peak season. The inn is expensive not only for day trips but also for overnight stays, but I hope that the price is worth it. I hope that the inn does not rest on its laurels. By the way, please be sure to put your valuables in the locker.

First of all, the open-air bath was more like water than lukewarm. I was fooled by the photo of the hot spring flowing from above, but there was a long icicle at the water outlet. There is a place to heat the water at the bottom of the open-air bath, but that's it. A day trip during the day is enough. Meals are served in a small windowless place. The room is cold and the air conditioning is probably trying to save money, so it doesn't get warm. It must be controlled so that it doesn't work. The food is bad. As we stayed in a special room, we paid just under 30,000 yen per person.

I have stayed at many inns, but this is the first time I have experienced such terrible customer service. I found out that my father only has a little time left to live, and this was our last family trip, so I read various reviews and it looked very good, so I made a reservation directly. When I first asked the man who seemed to be the manager about the price, he couldn't answer right away. In addition, we had to wait for a long time and the calculation was wrong. I also mentioned that we were celebrating my mother's birthday when I made the reservation. When I checked in on the day, the waitress, who seemed quite stern, didn't smile at all and tried on the yukata in a stern tone. After a long journey, we finally arrived, but instead of feeling relaxed, the children were frozen. For dinner, we had children with us and none of us could drink alcohol, so when we asked "I would like to have rice and side dishes together," they made a very unpleasant face, and they served us appetizers at first, but we waited about 45 minutes and finally got rice after we asked for it. Our stomachs got full while we were waiting, and we hardly touched the various delicacies that were served after that... They should have known from the beginning that we had children!! Afterwards, I received a gift from the landlady in a matter-of-fact manner (obviously no congratulations). I was planning to thank her when I checked out the next day, so at around 9:30am I told a man who seemed to be the manager at the front desk, "I'd like to thank the landlady," and he replied, "The landlady just woke up and probably hasn't put on any makeup, so I'll pass it on to her." It's an inn, so she's probably just woken up and not putting on any makeup when she's being seen off? How can she be that way? In the end, I didn't see anyone who looked like the landlady even once during my stay. When I talked to the person who was sharing a bath with me, he said, "The waitress at ours was also unfriendly. I read the reviews, and the only good thing about it was the hot water." It was an unpleasant inn from the beginning (booking) to the end (checking out). It was my last trip, so I'm very disappointed.
