Staff was completely rude hotel was disgusting had horrible experience at this hotel

The room had an ordor had to get air freshner, hall smelled of ****, employee couldnt find my reservation kept asking if i was someone else i said no. it to him a good 10 minutes to fine us. No elevator and i was in a cast and didnt have room on first floor. Breakfast was a joke. Total of 2 Oatmeal packets and weak cold coffee. Will never stay here again.

Poor selection of food choices for breakfast. Didn't appreciate lady manning front desk brushing her daughters hair at one of the tables people eat at. Otherwise, the stay was fine.
