Pro: The complex is "nice" The staff at reception help as best they can, but these are very limited. All employees are very friendly. Room service is OK and clean Centrally located, all-inclusive or half board is not necessary. Alternatives include street food on the beach or restaurants nearby. Negative: The restaurant is sub-par. Almost every plate, cup and bowl is broken. In Germany it would be "poltergeschirr" The food is neither varied nor particularly tasty. No regional fruit for breakfast (papayas, bananas or similar) and always the same. What a shame. After 7 days you are more than "done" and long for variety. The "dinner" is nothing special. Everything shines - FILLS YOU UP AND WAS CHEAP TO BUY - pasta in all variations, lots of coarse onions and mountains of diced carrots. You have to want it! Plus fish, meat and chicken. But everything is served without enthusiasm or taste. The loungers and especially the cushions by the pool are dirty or broken or both. In one pool the electrics are open and connected. They light up in the evening. In the other several tiles are missing and the rest are very sharp-edged. Twice a week there is a DJ who plays bingo and then plays extremely loud music or announcements until late in the evening. Our "superior room" was large, clean and the beds were good. We wanted to change rooms because of the noise. We were horrified to see a standard room and turned it down. It was ancient and very worn. Not recommended!! Some of the towels are very old and frayed, there are minimal options for storing things. Open shelves. No hooks in the bathroom. In summary: not worth the money.
