Great place, but no cleaning products or clothes to clean. No light for swimming pool. 90% of things work but not all. Still loved it.

Aprés le paiement, l'agence ne vous répond plus, malgré des relances incesssantes sur les les accesoires manquants et sur les dysfonctionnement sciament cachés!!! ( via washapp)... - Aucum accueil à l' arrivée, aucune indication.... ont est rester 1h a l'exterieur en attendant que le gérant daigne venir nous donner des indications futiles. - Personnel qui ne communiquent pas! , qui vous ballade,Gérant fuyant... qui bidouillent.. - Annonce mensongére( pas de TV dans les chambres, pas de fer à repasser). Ménage grossiérement fait!!! - Infiltration plafond humidité chambre, + infiltration terrase, TABLE À MANGER ( IMPOSSIBILITÉ D' UTILISER LA TERRASSE). - Chambres Inutilisable pendant 4 jours!!! Photo à lappuie... - AUCUNE EXSUCE, NI RETOUR DE L'AGENCE BY LOV, nous sommes repartir sans avoir vu aucum menbre de by lov bel azur ! INADMISSIBLE. - Vacances en familles à 4 gâcher au BEL AZUR by lov.... - FORTEMENT DÉCONSEILLER..A FUIR - BY LOV malhonnête!!! Aucum SCRUPULE . we stayed 10 days in Mauritius and 5 into this place within an amazing villa. great place, quite, easy to move with a rental car compagny near by, supermarket not far, you can take the bus. the villa was really great ; the beach in front is not super nice but the view is great in particular the sunset

nous avions loué la villa, elle est TOP. propreté excellente, cuisine bien. Nous avions demandé de faire les courses pour notre arrivé, ce qui fut le cas. juste que le café acheté ne correspondait pas à la machine. Seul point à revoir, c'est la commande de la barrière, il faudrait avoir 2 clefs pour la villa ainsi que deux commandes de la barrière. sinon rien à redire parfait sur la villa. A revoir le service transfert, le transfert prévu pour le retour est arrivé avec +/- 20 mn de retard et aucune information. dommage

If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place, it's the booking you need to go for. The rooms are modern and beautiful. Even the pool is a common one but the size is good enough. You have also a superb beach view and sunset. The surrondings is very green and cosy.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, magnificent view, very quiet and secure residence with parking space. Very good bedding. Although it is an apartment, cleaning is done every day, which is very pleasant. Dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. Lovely staff. We have adored !

Wir bewohnten eine der Villen, es war ein herzlicher Empfang , die Villa ist ausgestattet wie beschrieben , es ist einfach alles da, wir hatten einen Privatkoch zu Besuch , nicht mal der hat was vermisst, Betten phantastisch, oft sind in solchen Ländern nur Laken als Zudecken, hier im Azur , alles Bestens . Viele Kopfkissen noch dazu. Ein Putzfrau räumt täglich . Wir erhielten für den kommenden Zyklon Informationen , wie wir uns zu verhalten haben . Absolute Empfehlung
