Where shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. I had the sheer pleasure of staying at the Constance Belle Mare Plage for 10 days in April with my now-fiancée, an experience that exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil paradise of Mauritius embraced us, matched only by the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The central figure orchestrating our memorable stay was Adasha, who is truly the embodiment of hospitality. Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. We have created unforgettable memories here, and we can’t wait to return next year. If you’re considering a trip to Mauritius, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is a bit old, but all the facilities are still complete and the service attitude is great. Every staff member is smiling. There are three swimming pools and three restaurants besides the buffet. I highly recommend the Indian restaurant, which is very good. eat. The seaside restaurants are also delicious, with exquisite dishes, suitable for dates.

This time I stayed at the two hotels of Lishi Mona and Lishi Mei'an. The style is still quite different. The sand of Mona is yellowish and very slightly. The sand on the Mei'an is slightly whiter and thinner. Be careful. The walk is still acceptable; the rooms are larger and more modern; the sea view is better for Mount Mona. Sitting in the seaside is very eye-catching. After a day, the hotel is too lazy to move. If you are chasing dolphins, it is also near the Mount Mona. The pool and meals are not as good as the US shore.

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. Kevin and his team will be sure that you leave with the biggest smile on your face after each meal! Well done team!

Located in the southern Taihao Hotel, we stayed for three days to set a package for breakfast and dinner! First of all, the hotel environment, the overall white, people feel very comfortable, and there is a river in the hotel, in the evening there are singers singing and rowing in the bed, the scenery is pleasant, the overall environment is still very comfortable. Next, let's say that the service is not very satisfactory~ The reception service at the beginning made us sit down and drink the drink check in. It is quite good, but it will not work later. First, the extra bed was not added until the evening. Later, it was reminded for a long time before the room card was broken. It was repeated three times before it was done. The children's slippers and scissors were added to the third day when they left. The overall service feels. I can't reach it, I don't know if it is the reason for the full house! The dinner was said to be available in the other three restaurants, and the results were not available. However, it is good to not pick up the gold. Once it was completely packaged in the restaurant, there was a lot of cash inside. Later, I was told that I was at the front desk and I was sent back. This is worthy of praise. Finally, talk about hygiene. After washing the kettle in the room, there is still a lot of garbage coming out. I thought it was a problem with water quality. After drinking it for two days, I found a filter inside. The filter is full of rubbish, really too Disgusting, it seems that the kettle should be used after washing. The beachside water facilities in the hotel are free to rent, the coastline is very long, there are two large reefs on it, the water quality is good, it is still very fun. The hotel is close to the dolphins, so it’s an advantage at 8:30 in the morning!

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very good, warm and warm and many guests. But the room was really old, the door was painted on a wooden board, and the door card was demagnetized every day. The parking lot is too small, only stop at the road every time, the overall facilities are old, the breakfast is very good

Flawless - from arrival to departure and everything in between. We travelled to C.P.M on our honeymoon at the end of October and had a fantastic holiday. We had high expectations of the hotel but the stay, service and setting exceeded them. The hotel is set in fantastic grounds - it feels very private and lots of space. This combined with less rooms than other hotels results in a really relaxed atmosphere that never feels busy. The service was second to none - special mention to Vikash and Sundeep at the beach who treated us wonderfully every day. Further to this Akhil at reception was so thoughtful and considerate. We enjoyed three rounds of golf and tennis - was quite struck at the quality of equipment (given it was included I was expecting to be let down here but not at all). Food across the board was excellent - we did bed and breakfast and on reflection preferred the flexibility that this offered. Entry level rooms are exceptional - always a sign of a sensational hotel. Great beach, water sports included and total privacy if you wanted it - spot on.
