Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. I took my mother on a vacation of a lifetime in May, and after several days of travel from the western US, we finally arrived at the Sands. We were picked up from the airport and the driver was very nice and got us to the hotel, and once we walked in, we were blown away. The reception area was beautiful and the views spectacular. We were shown our room and it was spacious, and clean with great views out the balcony. As we put our items away a gentleman came to give us a Covid screening. (we laughed because he was wearing a lab coat...) We relaxed by the pool, or played in the water and the staff was always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was very good, but some things were better than others. It was fun to try new dishes that are not part of the cuisine at home. On our first evening my mother wanted wine, and Rahja was very helpful and found her one. From that evening onward, he came to talk to her each meal and made her feel like the most valued visitor there. They laughed and joked a lot. He found her a few more bottles during our stay as well! He was by far her favorite staff member. Soudesh was of great assistance to us, booking off site adventures for us, and arranging transportation. He also asked the kitchen to make me some of their banana jam to take home, as I loved it so much. We used the spa as well, and my mother got the best massage, and mine was only mediocre. The beach at the Sands is also the best along that shoreline, so it's much easier to walk on than further down as it bites into your feet a bit. What made the Sands so nice is how warm and caring the staff was. They felt like family and they seemed to really care about you and really wishing you to have a great vacation. We stayed on the opposite shore after a trip to Reunion Island, and missed that, and wished we were back at the Sands. If I am able to return to Mauritius, I would definitely pick the Sands for my stay!

An exceptional stay at the resort, with 5 star treatment by all of the hotel staff. All of the staff that we came into contact with went out of their way to provide true Mauritian hospitality at its best! A highly recommended resort for couples and families. The rooms were well-maintained with a clear sea view and a view of the plunge pool. The quality of food, upkeep of the restaurants and all public spaces were immaculate! Many exciting water activities that were complementary with our stay as well as various themes provided at dinner time to keep guests entertained. The hotel is great, but the location is remote. The beach is nice, suitable for staying in the hotel all day to have a complete relaxation. You'd better to rent a car, so that you can go other places conveniently.

The after party celebration following the wedding of our daughter in Sydney took place this Friday at Tamarina Beach hôtel. We had the best support, collaboration and advice from their Event Coordinator, Bénédicte who was extremely professionnal and helpful from day one to the day of the celebration and even went the extra mile to adjust to our special requests. Such a beautiful person. The buffet was delicious, thanks to Chef Luciano and Chef Hussein and exactly what we wanted and our guests were very impressed by the whole experience. Everything was just amazing and memorable on that special day, thanks to the efficiency of the staff mainly Benedicte, the Event Coordinator, Jenice, Pravesh and Yavish the supervisors, Donovan at the Bar, Shane, the F&B Manager and the waiters Irfan and Aryan. Added to all is the spot with the breathtaking view on the Tamarin Bay. I strongly recommend Tamarina Golf and Spa Boutique hotel for your events. Annick
