This hotel has absolutely nothing going for it , and should be avoided . We were supposed to stay for 5 nights B&B and 5 evening meals , it was so bad we cut our holiday short . This is not a 4 star hotel , food disgusting ( both restaurant and bar ) --re-heats and left overs . Staff not trained properly . The lift was out of operation while we were there , the list of faults with this hotel is absolutely endless. Avoid at all costs and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

An amazing family stay. Friendly welcoming clean hotel all round. Kay Mary Mani and Allison made our stay really really enjoyable and are a credit to themselves. The pool is perfect for kids and adults and the breakfast each morning was fantastic. Can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel, the only fault I would give is the service in the bar on our first night was terrible, getting half an order and the bar staff proceeded to start an order for another customer and I had a long wait on a few occasions to complete my orders! Breakfast was lovely, had dinner on out first night in restaurant, it was grand. Rooms were spotless and comfy beds. Bathroom floor flooded when using shower so don't use full power to avoid this happening. Overall we had a lovely time and would visit again.

Lovely hotel with spacious clean rooms. Our room was very quiet so got a good nights sleep. Staff were very helpful with special thanks to Kay for looking after us. Would definitely recommend the hotel for exploring Westport and the surrounding area.

Stayed one night in a busy Sat night. Check in very easy with friendly staff, room spotless, very modern and very comfy beds. Bar was very nice and busy but plenty staff who we were well trained good bar people managed the demand very well. Breakfast was a buffet type which was fine. Check out no hassle. I must praise all the staff they all seemed to be very well trained in their roles, they were very helpful and very friendly which makes a change. Will definitely be back with all the family first chance I get.

Our group had the best ever experience at this hotel,Annette at reception, Alison restaurant manager all her staff , bar staff, and housekeeping could not do enough for us all.Food was excellent ,warm rooms, excellent entertainment by all especially john Brown from Derry, and pleasant friendly staff really makes an excellent break.Thank you to all.
