Bad experience since I booked 2 adults and 2 children and when I arrived at the hotel they charged me extra for the children... also no one informed me that the hotel pool is being remodeled and the beach around it is full of rubble stones due to the remodeling...

Todo super bien. Lo único que no puedes meter bebidas ni comida al área de piscina. No cuenta con restaurante básico. Es el Panamá. Pero de ahí en fuera. Todo excelente. Las albercas tienen calefacción.
También pienso que deberían poner más castros en el área del mar. Solo había como 4

En general bien !! El servicio de limpieza de regular a malo no trapean el piso o aspiran !! Solo doblan las sábanas y recogen un poco !! La alberca no está muy limpia el agua !! Y no te permiten tomar nada en el área de alberca si no lo compras en el bar de esta misma !! Todo lo demás bien en términos genrales
