Y’all could use an elevator or two. My wife and I are in our 60s and could have used a first-floor room. We were on the second.

Hotel was comfortable. Bed and pillows were also comfortable. Water in shower was hot and drained well. Room was clean upon check in, and front of house cleaners were cleaning floors daily.
Some minor gripes:
- The usb ports by bed for charging devices were not functional
- The hot water ran out while my husband was taking a shower in the evening (around 7pm)
- TV was very glitchy (I will assume it was due to satellite dishes being covered in snow); but even so, it is a common occurrence in the winter, and should be cleaned as part of regular maintenance
- Abandoned vehicle appeared to be parked in front of back entrance?

The bed was very nice - no sagging spots or sloping towards the middle. I actually slept very well which is hard to do in a hotel. The facility is older but must have been renovated recently. Everything was nice looking and new feeling. Breakfast was very good too. Many options and clean. I will stay again.
