The lady at the desk was super sweet! But the original room they gave me did not have the heat on. It was -24 outside!! Room was freezing! Then they found a room that did have heat and I was very grateful. The room seemed clean and well made up. But the bathroom was dirty. The grout had mold. And the shower rail was filthy with soap and dirt residue. The dispenser was also out of body soap and shampoo.

First when arrived at the hotel around 8pm, to check in, it was dark in the lobby and no one was at the front desk. We had a room that at 2 beds and a pull out bed. The pullout bed mattress cover was dirty. There was no extra sheets, blankets or pillows in the room. We called the number to get a hold of someone, since there was no one at the front desk, we called 8 times, and no answered, we left messages, and still nothing was brought us to us. It was only 9:45 ar night. We are very unhappy with the service at this hotel. No plus here.

The front staff at this hotel is amazing! Beyond friendly.and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast spread was impressive. The housekeeping service was a bit hit and miss. On the first day, they made the beds and dumped half of the trash but left the towels even though we had asked for new ones. The second day, they brought up new towels but didn't do trash or anything else. We don't expect much but it was a little weird if nothing else. However, the enthusiastic front staff made it so that if we end up in the area again, we will stay here again without hesitation.

There was ants all over our bathroom. The bathroom was also very dimly lit.

Very clean spacious room and the hotel staff was excellent and breakfast was great
