Very nice hotel

It is a new hotel (supposedly 5 stars) but... basic things do not work like the bathroom light, which is a very modern control (the lights are all with a control that varies the intensity etc.. but many already have the letters erased) indicating its function) We changed rooms...in this room the opening of an upper closet did not work (totally necessary since we are traveling for a long time and we have luggage 🧳🧳) We had breakfast included but due to the different tours we were only able to have breakfast on the first day... and they told us that they did not prepare takeaway. If we add to that that there was no refrigerator, nor to prepare coffee or tea in the room... very disappointing I had to request a shower cap since this is rain...(They thought it was strange 🤦🏼) also a glass 🥛 that I ordered for the bathroom and....it never arrived There are no windows for ventilation... a lot of smell of food reaches the entrance of the room from the hall and there is noise at night from the bars next door and the road... I think they have to greatly improve customer service and provide minimum services for a category not just 5 but even 3 stars... (the safes they told us were not yet in operation. They didn't make the room for us... one day, I don't know the reason. I would never recommend it The only good thing was the bed, which was very comfortable.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida y un servicio impecable, la comida en el restaurante es deliciosa, con una variedad de platos que satisfacían todos los gustos.

Una experiencia maravillosa, empezando desde la atención y la calidad humana, hasta la comida y la tranquilidad de la estadía. A Pesar de estar en una zona de alto flujo de bares... No sé siente en lo absoluto el ruido. Excelente y súper recomendado el lugar.

Mi estancia en el Hotel fue espectacular. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y muy cómodas y el personal fue extremadamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de muchas atracciones y restaurantes. Definitivamente, volvería a hospedarme aquí

El lugar estaba impecable el aseo del lugar las habitaciones eran amplias muy cómodas la atención del lugar de sus empleados fue realmente excelente muchos lugares cercanos donde ir honestamente un lugar para volver y que seguramente así lo haré con mi pareja y amigos!!!
