Muy regular el servicio y la atención del "restaurante", no deben servir llevando los platos en la mano. Por que no utilizan una bandeja. Como llevan 5 vasos de jugo entre los dedos. Sentí pena ajena

En cuanto a amabilidad y ubicación el hotel es excelente por cercanía a estación de metro El Poblado, restaurantes, bares y servicios cercanos. Hay un punto de salida de recorridos turísticos muy cercano en el parque El Poblado. Sin embargo, al ser una zona rosa, hay mucho ruido en la calle y exceso de ruido de autos, al punto que tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación. El desayuno es bueno. Nada lujoso pero mejor que un desayuno americano. Unos puntos que podrían mejorar son: 1. Los medios de contacto: había un tema conmo reserva de Booking que necesitaba revisar, tratamos de contactarlos por la misma app, WhatsApp y Facebook, solo contestaron por WhatsApp después de dos días de haberlos contactado. 2. La comodidad de las habitaciones: las habitaciones son muy amplias, pero las camas están algo duras y las almohadas son de plástico.

The staff here is incredible. Always available to help, super friendly and accommodating. Christian, Jean Pierre, and David are all great people and it felt very friendly every time I was going back. Security is good as well, always someone there to talk to if needed. There are a few downsides to being in thsi part of poblado, the house is crazy until very late, so quiet nights are very rare. Internet is probably the one thing that needs a huge improvement... It barely works at about 3 to 6 mg download. The beds could be a little nicer and softer too. But overall, it's a GREAT location for being in the center and the price is nice. Again, the staff is unbelievable, and I give them a big thank you to making my trip a lot of fun. I will be back... But get some more routers :)

!!Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, useless service. Dirty rooms, noise, impossible to sleep in the cold room. The hotel refuses to issue an invoice for the stay. Stay away from this hotel!!! They will ignore any request .

Only used credit card at hotel while on trip and card stayed in room safe after checking in. A few hours after check in a fraudulent charge alert text was sent to my phone. Same amount $753 USD was charged to my friend and a few other guests but hotel mgmt angrily denied any involvement. I will never stay here again
