The Ibis standard of quality. The service was a little below, because it is quite moved, which makes the attendants' life difficult. The bed was also bad. Parfait pour les solo traveller. Le staff est super gentil et disponible, les lits sont hyper confortables + les salles de bains dans les dortoirs. On oublie même qu'on est dans un hostel. Je recommande ++

ENG/FR Can’t believe this place is five stars. Don’t know if six stars exist in Colombia but it should, as this was quite disappointing : where to start? First you arrive and the reception people don’t speak English... great. Then they tell you that you can’t have any guest visiting you in your room... freedom away. The gym is one treadmill and one bike... unbelievable. The room service is limited in choice and very poor quality, And very very slow. Almost an hour to get your order. The cleaning is also badly done in the room (female hair everywhere, one towel is not enough, no shower mat...)which was the biggest suite available... The bed sheets have strange traces on them. And very important the TV is Low quality! No HD! It should be 4K. Also a Bluetooth speaker would have been a good thing. Anyway, bad Management, low level, high prices Hotel. Refund demanded and required !!

It is a good choice. It’s modern, and has a good furniture and a good view from the room. It includes breakfast, it has good choices. And the bed and the pillows are very comfort. It is a high recommended hotel.

The hotel is very friendly and comfortable. There would be a gym, sauna, swimming pool, game room or night bar, because the environment offers no many options, nor leisure, fun or restaurants; it is better stay**** in the hotel or travel**** to other neighborhoods. It is not quiet to walk in the night.

Very good hotel. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Location was excellent, right in the centre of Poblado. The Metro is a 10 minute walk and the area is full of bars, restaurants etc. Roof-top terrace is spectacular. Perfect spot, day or night, to have a beer and taken in the incredible views of the city. Id definity stay here again.

We just came back from our 2nd stay at Morgana Suites, another GREAT stay! The view is FABULOUS and everyone working at the hotel are very accommodating. I see they made some room upgrades and WIFI was much better this time! Beds are very comfortable, room is very clean and spacious and we were very happy here! Breakfast is very delicious and plentiful, love the fresh juices and fruits, lots of selections for everyone, hot and cold items. We are already planning another vacation to Medellin and will stay at Morgana Suites again, we love the taxi driver Juver, we use him for airport pickup/dropoff and also for a day trip to Guatape, plus rides in between, he is very safe, good driver and reliable, we consider him a friend! Thank you Morgana Suites for another great stay, we will be back!!!
