Excellent hotel , the reception staff is very helpful , friendly and always smailing , Breakfast is nice , clean food , good coffee room and amenities are very good also, location is literally 2 min walk to alharam alnabaui very neer to Alrawdah gate

A hidden gem , Jayden has taken our hearts with the excellent service , delicious suhoor / breakfast meals and close proximity to the Prophet (saw ) mosque . Which is literally a few steps away , Easy access for men and about a 10 min walk to the ladies section for salaah gate number 30 (east wing of the mosque ) Ahmed’s Eggs specifically Omelletes at breakfast were most Devine and the Restuarant , freshly prepared and delivered hot to our table. Stayed in this hotel many times , staffs helpful mainly housekeeping , they go extra mile to clean the rooms , location is good too , the only downside is the hot water, i think it comes from a small tank , you have to wait a few minutes after someone has had a shower to have hot water . For a 4 star it’s definitely worth it but it’s not too cheap , price is very near to a 5 star.

I stayed with friends and location was good rooms are a bit small so is the bathrooms. Usually I would not leave a negative review but the manager was horrible to me in Ramadan whilst I was fasting and there for ummrah. This left a sour taste hence the 1 star review. Avoid this place like because of the terrible and shameful manager kattab. I would recommend he stops being a bully and learns about humanity

The hotel is good. But the manager needs to be sacked rude;aggressive and zero people skills. FOR HIS SHORTCOMINGS HE BLAMES RAMADAN POTHETIC EXCUSE FOR USELESS MANGAER. KHATAB NEEDS TO BE REASIGNED TO HOUSEKERING. Our stay was good overall, khatab spoilt the whole experience,avoid this hotel whilst he is in charge.

Avoid the place. Customer service atrocious. Mr Khattab is rude bully. Needs to quit his job in hospitality- very intimidating . Leen and Anwar very polite - making up for where the hotel is failing. using Ramadan as an excuse for being in a bad mood!

Abused by the manager Khattab in the lobby infront of 50 people for no reason whatsoever. This was in Ramadan and I felt embarrassed after he started screaming at me over a broken glass weighing scale which we paid for but why abuse me. The other staff apologised but this guy was ultimately to blame with no people skills he’s just a rude rude abusive man. I was so scared as he was lunging towards me Hotel needs new management

We stayed at Jayden hotel Madinah from December 28th to January 3rd and then from January 3rd to January 8th 2024. During our first stay I had reserved two rooms because they do not offer room for 4 people, well atleast on any online portal. I communicated several times to the hotel 2 months in advance (email and whatsapp) that my son had shoulder surgery so we would prefer a room next to each other if that is not not possible then at least on the same floor. The guy named Mubashir whose email is listed when you book the hotel but he is useless. Upon our arrival, we were given rooms on the 10th and 6th floor. I requested that I have been communicating for the last two months and it is not a rocket science but they did not care. I was told to see different people and each one of them said we are at 100% capacity. I had to go up and down to care for my son that consumed much of my time rather than focussing on my Ibadah. January 8th when we were checking out, we ran into Thekra Aljuhani who introduced herself as the front office manager. She asked about our stay and we gave it to her in a very polite manner because we were in Ihram and told her that I am going to cancel my second reservation. She asked why we didn’t come to her and we told her to ask your staff, they gave us a run around. In the end she requested that we not cancel our reservation and she promised to take care of it herself. We decided to keep our reservation and give it another try even though I had reserved another hotel. During the 2nd we were upgraded to Haram view and were presented with fruit basket, cookies, and tea in the room. If you are traveling from the USA, the rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is fine as we are not heavy eaters. The biggest advantage is the close proximity to Haram. We have mixed feelings about whether we will stay again at this hotel.
