I would like to thank the whole team of this hotel and especially Abdurahman and his night colleague who welcomed me as well as Jumana and her colleague today for their warm welcome, professionalism, availability and flexibility.
I've stayed in some of the big brand hotels during my travels in Saudi Arabia and I can confirm that you are the best in terms of customer relations, service, welcome etc....
The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom was also clean. The hotel is also well located for getting to the Masjid Al Nabawi mosque ...
I would definitely come back again.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Madina.
