Taiba Suites Madinah

We had a family suite. The location was absolutely perfect and we were happy with the suite however we were there for two nights and both nights there was building work starting at 7am which was unbearable for my family as it was right above our suite. We complained the the operator and they said the work should have started in the afternoon and they did nothing to stop the noise. After we complained a number of times they changed our suite and the same thing happened again on the second day.

I stayed at Taiba suites with my family. We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were really attentive, especially Md Opu who took care of all of our needs throughout the stay. The hotel is located right in front of the haram and their were four different exits with lifts which were never too busy even during prayer times. We stayed in the family suite with haram view and it was truly breathtaking. The interior is fresh and modern. It was a very comfortable stay and I'll be sure to come back next time.

First time stay, The location is brilliant, right on the doorstep of the haram when we arrived we had to wait for someone to bring our luggage up, who wasn't very friendly. On checkin we were told that a deposit of 500 SAR was to be given, which they only take in cash, if a deposit is made via card, then only cash will be given on return. We got the newly renovated rooms, which were lovely, sadly our rooms were on opposite ends which made things difficult for us as a family. As there were 15 of us, 2 of the family members were leaving earlier for the airport earlier, than everyone else, and because one of them was older, they were going to take a different exit, to reduce their walking, the door man on that entrance was rude, did not speak a word of english, and told them to go from a different entrance, you'd see him normally just sitting on a chair on his phone, not sure what is role is, The internet was very intermittent No one would pick up the phone, if we needed assistance, out of hours, It was sad to see that the maids room is of such basic quality, the blanket is itchy and the mattress is hard. Taiba Suites in Madinah shareef is newly renovated. We got the room shown to us in our booking. Excellent check inn. Efficient and friendly staff. Location is perfect. Close to haram shareef entrance for men and woman. The room we got had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is newly revamped hopefully it stays this way neat well maintained clean. Please note not all rooms are revamped. Some rooms are the old rooms on our floor 14th floor. Check your booking. The Kitchen is well equipped with a stove washing machine dishwasher fridge and freezer. Basic dishes cutlery pot pan available. Rooms are spacious. Lounge had a pull out sofa bed. Beds bedding linen towels all upto standard. Bathrooms are good neat and modern. Water pressure is a bit low and drains clog a little but maintenance staff are on stand by to see to any technical issues. They came up very fast to attend to our odd hour emergency. The area around the hotel is quite noisy with construction around abd the hustle of everything downstairs. Water is given daily. Lifts work well, it does get busy but theres a few lifts in the hotel, so you not waiting too long. Our housekeeping staff were excellent. Imam Hussain and Sakab Hussain. You made our stay so good from day one. They both did their best to keep our room clean. Thank you for the welcome fruit platter. your smile and excellent hard work to keep us comfortable is much appreciated. We will definitely return to Taiba Suites. Please make sure that the standards of Taiba Suites remain as is.

Just got.back from an amazing 5 days at taiba. Rooms were very comfortable ( we only stay at Hilton hotels) very clean and hotel was very equipped. The only thing is, it is a new hotel so expect minor hiccups which housekeeping sorts immediately. Staff were very pleasant and tried to help wherever ossible Wifi not the strongest but for the other creature comforts like washing machine etc it is worth it One thing is they do not provide enough cutlery and towels you have to constantly ask. We were staying in a 4 bed room apartment and apparently the rule for dishes is they only allowed to give you 4 of each rather silly however you can always go to bin dawood ( downstairs) and get paper cups and plates etc Location is amazing very near and convenient
