The first day we arrived we found that the shower water pressure is very weak and you need double the time to take a shower. we told the receptionist and they send a plumber after 1 hour. He worked for more than half an hour and we needed to go to Haram because it is prayer time so we left him working. When we get back we found that the situation is still the same and now there is leaking from the ceiling. We called the reception and complained and they sent the same guy after long time. When he cane and saw the leak he said this can not be fixed, contact the reception to change the room. We contacted the reception and they said we cant do anything, this is the situation in all the rooms. Another problem is that starting from the 2nd or 3rd day no one come to make the room despite that we put up the sign and leave for 4-5 hours. There was no tea, milk, coffee or sugar unless you ask for them. And after we asked they provided it one time only. When I checked in I asked the receptionist how does it cost me to add breakfast to the reservation because I was in a hurry and did not do it when I booked. She told me no need and that she will add it as a gift and I can join breakfast tomorrow at the resturant. Next day I took my 80 years old Mom downstairs to the resturant just to be embarrassed by that I am not registered for the breakfast and can not enter the resturant. The room is noisy and you can hear the street sounds, the neighbors and the corridors (I was in the 6th floor)
