It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

In the beginning, we had to switch rooms because a Family member was sick so we didn’t like that experience. We all loved the buffets, but one of them in the lobby was really bad so that was also a bad experience. We’re also sad that we didn’t get a haram view so that was also a bad experience but overall, I really enjoyed my stay here! We stayed at another hotel in Mecca and that hotel was way better than this one cause it had space and comfort. The other hotel we stayed at was the Fairmont clock Tower this hotel I feel ls not that big and not good families. The rooms are good for two to one person so I suggest that you make some more bigger rooms maybe a whole other level for bigger groups of people with bigger hotels. The staff was really nice to us and kept asking us if we needed anything so that was fun and cool! anyways thank you so much for reading my review. I’m Nine years old!

I want to thank the employees at this hotel for making this stay for me and my mom absolutely perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by two employees that helped us with our Nusuk app. They provided a wheelchair for my mom and one man (I wish I could remember his name ) personally guided us to the entrance of the masjid. I would recommend getting breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel. The food and the customer service is wonderful. May Allah reward all the employees at this hotel for helping us, especially the two gentlemen who helped us immediately upon arrival. We will never forget you and Inshallah we hope to see you again. I highly recommend this hotel because of location, cleanliness and wonderful staff.

We are really delighted with the services of oberoi medinah suadi arabia the manager captain mr yasir captain omar Stewards sattar hasan and all they are really quick eespknd whenever we ask anything and also the food so excellent Very polite. All the employees there The variety of food was best esp fruits and dessert Defenitely we will comeback and stay at oberoy medinah insya Allah Once again thankyou so much for the excellent servced

Enjoyed stay in Oberoi Madina. Service was excellent. Foods were awesome and accommodation was tip top. Overall, an excellent experience in beloved city of Madina. Commendation to Restaurant Manager Mohamed Abdul Monem and his team for exemplary service and great hospitality.
