Красивейшая природа, которой не устаешь наслаждаться. Созданы все условия для отдыха, кругом чистота, питание разнообразное и очень вкусно приготовленное. В номере есть все необходимое ничего с собой везти не надо. Отдыхаешь душой и телом. Мы в восторге! Браво Ани Resort!

Ужасный отель за такие деньги. 55000-50000 драм, это где то $130. Услуги отеля, ремонт, обслуживающий персноал, они не стоят этих денег. Не рекомендую вам туда ездить. В номерах нет кондиционер, ремонт в номерах старый, лифта нет, в сумму 50000 драм в номере даже не входит бутыка обычной воды. Чистота из 10 балов 3 балла. Максимум цена за эти номера 15000 драм за сутки.

Обязательно вернемся! Я не сторонник дважды ездить в одни и те же места, но моя семье мне прожужжала все уши, а значит им и правда было там очень хорошо!!! Умопомрачительная природа 🌳 Такие заботливые девочки , тишь да благодать !!! Бассейн отменный!!! Чистота и порядок. Детская комната 🥇 Свежейшая еда. Но с напором и горячей водой в номерах надо что то делать . Может так совпало 🤷♀️ Огромная Вам признательность !!! 🏆

Хотели отдохнуть 2 дня, но не тут то было. Сразу при заселении оказалось что Эл.ключ не работает, дали в руки кипу из ключей и сказали пользоваться ими, потом мы попросили все-таки починить двери, починили- ничего не изменилось, дверь открывалась только после упорных многочисленных попыток, а на ночь изнутри и вовсе не закрывалась.На обед был еле съедобный суп, который дети глотали только чтоб пойти играть, 3 вида горячих, из которых одно блюдо-макароны, другое-вермишель, на ужин-два салата, капустный и овощной, первая партия капустного-не заправлена, вторая-пересолена. Пюре, пончики закончилось раньше чем ужин...Одним словом, все три дня меню питания было очень скудным, и это при полной загрузке! А самое интересное то, что к ночи мужу пришлось чинить туалет, потому что был засор, который до этого просили починить и так же как дверь, починили, да не вышло...В конце концов снова пожаловались и пришёл мастер. Подошла на ресепшн, попросила ответственного, как в последствии оказалось я разговаривала с Ани, директором горе-отеля, которая перевела стрелки на ночного менеджера, и смылась... В день отъезда тоже не обошлось без разочарований- во время завтрака, по столовой бегала мышь🤦♀️ Одним словом, сюда больше ни ногой и расмматривающим этот отель настоятельно рекомендую поберечь нервы. Да, на последок скажу, что семейный номер состоит из закутка, который называется гостиной, куда втиснули диван, пуфики и журнальный столик, а за стеной кровати в ряд как в лагере и стоит он, на минуточку, 90тыс драм за ночь🤦♀️

Несмотря на отзывы, которые заранее прочитала, решили ехать именно в этот отель. Причина, это сауна, которая есть в отеле Отдыхали с родственниками, большой компанией. Двое маленьких детей, двое пожилых людей, двое молодых людей и мы, муж и жена после 50 ти). И все нам очень понравилось. Дети играли в игровой комнате, где с ними занимался специально обученный человек. Мы играли в теннис, бильярд, хоккей, нарды, шахматы, катались с горы. Номера очень приличные, чистые. Хорошая кровать, чистое белье. Убирали каждый день. В нашем номере плохо открывалась балконная дверь, сразу номер поменяли. Очень приветливые сотрудники. Что касается питания, мы остались довольны. Большой выбор вариантов блюд. Особенно на завтрак. Обед мы ни брали. Ужин тоже был отменный. Все качественное, вкусное и разнообразное. Много вкусных фруктов. Для меня было странно, что кофе растворимый, но в баре можно заказать варёный . Чистый бассейн, джакузи . Ну и самое главное, необыкновенная природа! Место просто замечательное. Тихо, спокойно. Номера бронировали без аванса. Оплатили на месте.

Ужасный отель.Хотели забронировать коттедж на 2 ночи.Приехали,заселились.Коттеджи на 3+. Ладно, не привередливые мы .2 ночи это ни 2 недели.Пошли на ужин.4взр и 1 реб 10 лет.И тут начался треш.Непонятны компот,2 вида колбасы(проветренные),ветчина-замороженная и размороженная(явно с НГ осталась).Из горячего-Фри,крылья куриные(ужасно приготовленные)Ачар и вишенка на торте-испорченное мясо(кюфта)Запах был отвратительным,мясо испорченным.Предупредили персонал,ноооо-сказали поставят в известность кухню,вместо того чтобы убрать и выкинуть.Никто ничего в итоге не сьел,и иы решили уехать.Понятно что бубет уже в следующий день-теже продукты с НГ.И за несьеденный ужин,ими же испорченный мы заплатили 31000 др.Клиентоориентированность отсутствует, извинения не дождешься. PS:Даже не думайте туда ехать.Зря потраченные деньги и испорченные нервы вам гарантированны.

This is the second time I have been to Ani Resort. I would like to note that the location of the hotel is convenient, close to Yerevan. It's about a two-hour drive. The total area of the hotel is comfortable, the beds in the rooms are very uncomfortable, terribly dry. The hotel's sewage system does not work. It even smells and does not have a normal ventilation system. For visitors , the games are interesting . The pool is nice and wonderful, but there is a lot of chlorine. This time the food was not delicious. The attitude of the hotel staff was friendly . In total, I will give 5 points on a 10-point scale.

Poor and even rude customer service at the reception desk made our stay a lot less enjoyable! This is not professional. Your receptionists sure need to be trained to get more guest - oriented. Another disappointment was critically poor internet connection, as well as the absence of chairs in the rooms! We will definitely consider another hotel near Hanqavan next time we want to go there, unless the management takes our review into account and makes real improvements.
