I stayed here for three days, I don’t think the hotel did housekeeping daily, one day when I was back the rubbish (I put it in the bag near the bin before I left) is not collected, another day the breakfast plate I ordered room service is not collected so I had to call the receptionist to collect, I forgot my ghd hair curler in the bathroom the first person answered my call from the hotel said she didn’t see it, the second person said he found my hair curler and will post it but didn’t post it until the next day so I had to call it, I discovered the hotel because their reputation and Instagram but I definitely will not stay here again.

The experience is great, it's right near China Town, it's convenient and hygienic. The hotel is clean and the front desk is polite!

It's too noisy downstairs at night

The hotel's elevator is scary at night, very weird! We stayed in two connecting double rooms, the room was really ok, very compact, the ceiling was a bit low, close to Chinatown
