The location is very good. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the airport sky bus and bus terminal. There are chain stores such as 7-Eleven, supermarkets, and McDonald's on the way, so it is convenient. Also, when you go out sightseeing, it is very convenient because there is a tram station (Spencer St/Flinders St) right outside the hotel.
The room is small enough to sleep in, but it was not cleaned. There was something left in the refrigerator that seemed to belong to the previous occupant, and there was also trash on the floor. The hotel staff were very helpful and we were able to check out smoothly at around 5am.
Southern Cross Station is also close by, and the room was clean and wonderful.
The only thing you need to be aware of is that there are time restrictions on laundry use.
