It was my 5 days solo travel, very convenient location near metro station just 2min walk, 5min walk to the most happening areas of CBD, quite and peaceful, very friendly staff, helped me in possible ways, no cleaning without asking.

Good place to stay everything was around plenty of shop restaurants around the area walking distance to Rod Laver Arena and a few other places was clean tidy

Quick and easy check-in. Centralize air-con which is a little bit chilly in the room; two plug-in heaters in the room but don't make it much warmer. No shampoo provided by default, only soap, body wash, conditioner and body lotion. Does have a bath tub + shower combo which I did enjoy soaking myself into. Overall not bad for value :)

Simply the worst, worst, trashiest hotel I've ever stayed in! ! ! 🤬I went to check in at night and the front desk got off work. I rang the doorbell and stood outside the hotel and waited for ten minutes before the staff came down. The service was poor, even if they were not proficient in business. They directly assigned us a room that had not been cleaned. It was disgusting! Finally, I changed rooms again, but the hygiene was still very poor. The toilet was covered with dust and the bathing area was also dirty. In short, I will not stay in this hotel again.
