Good location. Roomy enough for a week stay however more room for bags would have been good. Bathroom needs better lighting over vanity.

Amateur:
keys located in a lock box on a fence near the property.
Ironing board but no iron in the apartment: I went to a business meeting with a crumpled shirt.
Key return is ridiculous: you have to drive out of the car park and find street parking then walk back to the apartment to put the car park keys inside.
Communication is terrible: text message only, and no response for about 24 hours.
