Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, close to trams, restaurants and cafes. Service from the hotel staff was excellent. We especially loved the water tap and refillable water bottles. Rooms were great, very stylish. There were only two issues we had: 1. The elevator was tricky to use. Even though we would select our floor beforehand, the elevator sensor wouldn't check our key card and we would have to get off at another floor and try again. This happened to us a few times. We encountered other guests with the same problem. 2. The taps in the bathrooms are not ergonomic. The smooth round knob is challenging to handle when you have soapy hands. These issues were minor in the overall stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay over the Grand Prix weekend. Thank you, Voco! Highly recommend this hotel.

Love my stay at VOCO! The hotel is located in a convenient location, near to the free tram route on Elizabeth Street and near lots of shopping centre. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated. Our room was at the 22nd floor but we never have to wait for the elevator for long. The elevator is fast too. WiFi is really fast and the hotel provides free still and sparkling water. Every staff that I came across was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety to choose from. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

After staying at Voco in Brisbane and having a great experience, I decided to stay at Voco during my most recent Melbourne business trip. Again, I was not disappointed by the hotel quality and service provided by staff. The cookies at reception and the sparkling water was a nice touch. The hotel was conveniently located to all the major restaurants and shopping centres, however I found that Ubers found it difficult to drop me off and often got lost in the laneways. The rooftop pool was the highlight of my stay - it was an experience swimming in a heated pool at night while watching out over the Melbourne skyline.

Highly recommend Voco Melbourne as one of the best hotel spots you can find, especially comfortable and convenient for travelers. The front desk go above and beyond to make sure the entire experience is as smooth as possible and they are the most professional staff I’ve ever met. The only minor issue is the elevator, it can be a bit tricky at first. 👍👍👍

It’s a nice little hotel in a good central location. Receptionist who attended to us during check in, Nine was very helpful. Breakfast was okay.

All is well except blanket has stains!!!!!

Nice location with filtered bottled water that you can get from reception level. The cookies were nice as well.

First of all, I ‘d like to offer my impressive feedback to the hotel, no matter how the attitude of the hotel staffs and the facilities are demonstrating the good quality, especially the the reception let us to postpone the check out time initially. It definitely fits in the guest situation and shows the great caring in all. Even I don’t know the name of the above staff but he is a Thai’ d young gentleman!

Location is good. The room is quite small.

hotel is super nice, and very nicely decorated. look very professional however the hotel restaurant is not very good. would recommend for a quick stay, bar is expensive but very pretty.
