I have stayed in a single room in this hotel many times. This is the first time I have stayed in a two-bedroom and one-living room. The space is large enough. The executive floor has 24-hour access to the Club Lounge. The afternoon tea is very rich and delicious, and it feels like a great value. The service staff's attitude is as friendly as ever. Recommend the preferred hotel in Melbourne city!

I recently stayed at Next Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The service was quite poor, starting with the fact that no mineral water was provided in the room, which is a basic expectation at any hotel. Additionally, there were no amenities available, such as toiletries or basic necessities, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar. Housekeeping clearly did not do a thorough job towels weren’t changed during the stay, and the room felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned.

I was charged the check-in deposit. Instead of holding the credit card amount, they actually accidentally charged to my card. Check your credit card bill or confirm the cancelation of holding credit card amount when you check out. I did get the refund of the check-in deposit but it took several email and calls with the hotel and my bank. Very troublesome.
