清潔感のある部屋でベットもくつろげました。お部屋も広くて申し分ないです。歯ブラシなどのアメニティが欲しかったです。朝食付きにしました、6種類のパン、ヨーグルト、シリアル、4種類のジュース、コーヒーのみでその他は別途料金が発生します。朝食付きはお勧めしません。朝9時頃まだチェックアウトの時間じゃないにも関わらず、ノックして清掃の時間ですと言われ驚きました。特に大きな問題はなかったですが。。立地もいいところでしたので宿泊するなら朝食なしのプランをお勧めします( ͒˃⌂˂ ͒)

I stayed here on a business trip. Except for the unclean room and the small variety of breakfast, everything else was good. It was quiet and big enough. I hope the breakfast variety can be increased. Thank you.

It was a very convenient location near the tram station. There was a convenience store nearby. There were restaurants within walking distance, so it was very convenient.

People who booked together got room upgrades.
They said they would do it the next day for us, but on the same day, they said they couldn't do it because the staff had changed.
According to the staff, it seems to be Kebakke.
I paid a deposit for cooking utensils and applied, but there were no knives, only a frying pan...
There's nothing set in stone for this, and it seems like it's given out like a random box.
As for cleaning, there was a few bottles of milk in some rooms, but none in our room even though we stayed there for 7 nights.
I don't usually post reviews, but I'm posting this because it's so weird!

The service is average. If you have an early morning flight and leave the hotel before 7 a.m. and there is no service staff to help you check out, you can only entrust someone else to check out.

Great hotel with great staff but I had issues. When I went to check in it wasn't marked as payed, I travel a lot and payment had never been a issue. The room I booked on trip.com that I payed for wasn't the same room as I given (still a nice room tho) and there was no towels in the room I was given. Overall it's a great hotel and I would still go back :)
