The hotel is located at the city Centre and just near the southern cross train station. It is very convenient for the travelers to explore the city by tram or other transportations. The breakfast is good and friendly staff to help. The bed size of twin rooms is quite tiny that could be improved for better stay experience. Overall we were satisfied to stay at the hotel in Melbourne. Will recommend to friends and everyone who is going to visit Melbourne.

The location is really great! Just opposite to the southern cross station. The hotel and room is very modern, we have a comfort time while stay in the hotel. Just sometimes i found they did not clean my mug and just put back on the shelf.

Great location - opposite Southern Cross Station. Tram stop right at the side of Hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly! I have requested to change King Room with double bed to 2 single beds - this was arranged in less than 30mins. Highly recommend !!

Excellent location for transport. Satisfactory room amenities. Disappointed that no room cleaning service on Sunday.

Location is right across the southern cross station, super convenient for city bus to and fro from the airport and taking trains. Tram stops are close by as well. The room is very spacious!

Very near to the train station and the free tram stop. Also in walking distance to some CBD spots for tourists. The breakfasts were average, offering the same or very similar food every mornings. The room is smaller than expected though.

Housekeeping service is bad and not on time. Stay 3days and each day need to call to housekeeping service center to ask for cleaning. Breakfast variety is very less and not worthy to pay. When the food is finish and no refill. This hotel is not meeting 5 star hotel quality.
