Great place to stay for city access, central to most things, and close to transport options.

Great location, considerably clean, apart from behind the bed side tables and bed. Otherwise the staff were very attentive and happy to help with anything. Well priced and has everything you need for a long or short stay in Melbourne.

The staff were lovely. communication was great. room was really nice. great location. had dinner half a block away. walked out to Phil Cain arena to see a show. Will stay again next time we are in town.

Very tried and dirty 3 bedroom apartments needing a good clean and renovation. Dirty behind beds/ dirty walls and skirts/ old carpet/ mismatched kitchen ware including no glasses at all. Cold with no double glazing and very loud construction site we were told about but next level loud. Very tired entrance and slow dirty lifts. Very disappointing as we paid quite a decent amount for our family stay to Melbourne. We did check out early and did get a refund, a saving grace. Beds were also comfortable. Would not recommend or stay again.

My 1 bedroom superior apartment I stayed in for 3 nights was great, it was spacious, clean and modern. The location of the hotel is unbeatable especially if wanting to go the MCG, Melbourne Park AO tennis etc. It is a 15 minute walk through the gardens to get there. It is also on the edge of city so only 5 - 10 minutes walk into the centre of Melbourne and all the shopping. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The price I also thought was very reasonable. While several others have commented about the construction I knew this going into it and came prepared with a white noise machine (ROHM they are great and small travel size). But I thought the hotel handled the situation very well, for starters in reception they had a massive bowl of industrial grade ear plugs that you could take for free, on the welcome letter it listed all the times the construction was scheduled etc. (e.g. there is no work on Sunday). I slept fine and was maybe woken up once but quickly got back to sleep as it’s not that loud and after all this is outside the hotel’s control. But a major concern and disappointment was that my room was the 1 bedroom superior apartment when in actual the fact the bedroom and living room is separated by a blind (see attached picture and actually the room’s floorpan slightly shows this on the hotel’s website). It didn’t affect me as I was travelling alone but if had I been staying with someone else it would have frustrated me because the other person can’t be in the other room without hearing or seeing them (noise and light insulation from the thin blind was non-existent). I think it is pretty deceptive too (and doesn’t mention anywhere in writing it is separated by a blind), while I guess it is technically a 1 bedroom apartment it is not really, I would implore the hotel to just put a wall there.

Well below average apartment. Well overdue for a reno. Furniture old / tired. Kitchen was mismatched bits and pieces. Not matching. On check in only 1 glass. Book twin, hotel reconfirmed bed config a week or so prior to arrival but room was set up as a double. Was corrected fairly quickly. Shower not great. Very slow lifts. Wifi very touch and go. Was not expecting luxury just an average apartment. Would not return.

The staff at reception is super friendly and helpful!
