Everything is perfect, except the refrigerator can’t keep ice cream. Please don’t buy frozen items. We booked a room for 3. The room is spacious with an open kitchen. You can cook and enjoy meals with your beloved ones. The hotel is few steps away from the China town, plenty of restaurants. If you book tours from Klook, you can choose the pick up point at the Stamford hotel, 2 mins from the Mantra.

Nice hotel!!! Good location and worth with the price. Walking distance to any where. Definitely will rebook it if visit Melbourne again

Friendly staff in a well located serviced apartment. No amenities like in a hotel but front desk staff provided a list of nearby restaurants for meals. The room is very well equipped. Great for families who need space and amenities in the room.

Location is good. It’s more like a business suite. No on-site parking but can park at the car park behind the hotel for a fees. Parking is expensive in the CBD.

Location: The location of the hotel is very convenient, many sightseeing points and shops are at walking distance (10-15 min). Moreover, there is a plethora of restaurants around the hotel and China Town was also a 10 min away. Cleanliness: Although the room looks clean at first glance, without room service available, the room can get messy and dirty really quick. Moreover the toilet and cooking area are relatively small, which makes everything cramped together and drips everywhere. Another thing to note is that the shower place in the bathroom does not have proper enclosement which will cause water to splash all around when taking a shower to bath, especially the water closet which causes a lot of inconvenience. Service: The staffs at the counter are very helpful and friendly. Not only they were polite but they will help and make your stay as pleasant as possible by assisting you with your needs (extra amenities and beds). General Facilities and amenities: Even though you can always ask for extra amenities from staffs, the facilities ans other services in this hotel is completely lacking. As mentioned, there is no house cleaning service provided nor there are any other recreational facilities such as swimming pool or in house kitchen. Another point to note is that Mentra 100 is not a big hotel, they only provide 1 or 2 room selections. If you are travelling with 4 ppl or above it is best to keep this in mind as some people might need to sleep in the living room given the limited space.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms in a perfect location close to the Comedy Theatre and the Regent Theatre.

I ordered it because it said there was breakfast, but it turned out to be a breakfast pack: milk, orange juice, etc., which was delivered to the room by the waiter that day.

The room is large, fully equipped and cheap. Even if you arrive late, there is no front desk service, so you have to call to check in. The room number I was told was wrong at first, but someone came down and solved it. I made a reservation for two days. It was already past 12 o'clock when I came back from watching the penguins at Phillip Island. The room card for the elevator actually failed, and I had to call to solve the problem. It was a bit depressing!

The room is clean and spacious, but the network is very poor.

On arrival i reported a curtain was broken and was hanging on by a couple of clips, this did not allow to close out the view of the city for one window and also let the light in at night time. No maintenance people availble for 3 days. Very expensive room and not be able to shut a curtain was the downfall of it. Location is great though, bed was comfy and room was clean.

Nice room in a central location. Price was inflated due to Grand Prix. Were disappointed that the room was not serviced in the 3 days we stayed that means wet towels and no coffee. No communications about this either. Overall OK stay but did not experience any service.

The hotel is how it shows in the profile, good welcoming snacks, great location our room was nice and clean . The check in was too slow receptionist wasn’t that helpful with an issue we had and I think for this era they need to update the tv for smart tvs the only fall in the room

This small hotel is nestled right in the middle of the theatre district in Melb CBD, perfect for our five minute walk to the Princess Theatre. The hotel has an arrangement with First Parking right next door. It's $30 overnight but convenient. The room was compact in size, with a separate bedroom. Everything worked, and we liked that you could open all the windows and get some fresh air. We also liked staying on the 9th (out of 10) floor, looking out at two beautiful old trees and a large lawn, amongst some of the older buildings that must have been warehouses a long time ago. Staff 'behind the jump' were cheerful, helpful and courteous, and the BED was simply beautiful;very comfortable. The apartment was quiet and we heard very little traffic noise, even in the morning.
