Stayed for one night. The room was clean and chic, with a large king-sized bed. Breakfast was decent.

The location is very good and close to the southern cross train station. The concierge is very polite & helpful. The restaurant at 25/F offers good food and good service.

Amazing experience through a week stay in Hyatt Centric Melbourne. The hotel is located in CBD and easy access to anywhere in CBD but also to South Melbourne.

Stylish hotel room, spacious & comfortable. Locate just across the Southern Cross station. Very convenient. Also just a bridge to another side will get me to nearby Crown ******. Easy to access supermarket, food & other shops.

Stylish and very new room. Bed is comfortable. Cocktails in the restaurant of hotel top floor is v good. Highly recommended

My room was in a corner with two windows, everything is clean and tidy. Good location: just within 5 min walk from southern cross station; Perfect service: staff is very kindly, let me check in before 3pm and after I check out still help me keep my luggage; Will back again^^

It was a great stay. We landed so early and exhausted. The Reception so kindly help us find a ready room. We waited and got some good rest. Hotel is as it described with an Instagramable pool and reception areas too. V conveniently located to main street and main stations. We truly enjoyed. Thanks.

Expected an 5 star experience, however the restaurant servicing requires far more improvement. At Breakfast, ordered a coffee and was asked to wait for 20 minutes but never came. I walked to the counter and ordered again, was asked where I sit and told them, but the lady who delivered me had no idea who ordered it and ended up calling her its me that ordered. It was almost delivered to someone else. What's more horrible is for an old lady I saw sitting next to, she asked for tea but after waiting long, she got a tea pot with a dirty cup. She asked to change it, and the guy who brought an empty cup smacked it to the table and left without taking the dirty cup. I still remember her face how surprised she was. The hotel itself is nice, but for the people it's too far from the level I experienced with other Hyatts.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Fully satisfactory though the front desk is not always staffed

This is my first time in Melbourne and I’m glad that I stayed here. Its just 8 minutes walk to/from the Southern Cross station where you will get the bus to/from the airport. You can also walk (if you love to walk) to any attraction nearby such as Queen Victoria market, National Gallery, Arts Centre, Hosier Lane, St Paul Cathedral in around 20-30 minutes. Hotel is really clean and comfortable. A little bit small but still worth for the view. Amenities included including toothbrush and toothpaste. Have coffee machine and free two bottle of Stillwater. They also allow me to check in early since my flight arrived at 6am. Was planning to just drop my bag but my room is ready for check in at 8am. Superb and good service from the staff. Breakfast buffet is delicious + nice view from 25th floor. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again
