Staff at the reception are so rude. Had a little issue with our booking and they were so loud while speaking. They are not helpful.

Very, very good hotel, top 1, many swimming pools, many fun activities, snow top coffee yyds, breakfast and dinner are buffets, the hotel has many families with children

Very bad very bad. This hotel obviously gave us cash, but when we checked out, we were told that we didn't pay. Asking to pay again felt like it was stressing the hotel and wasting us 40 minutes! ! ! horrible! ! !

El resort es precioso, super cuidado, tiene unos patios preciosos, la comida genial, para celiacos muy cuidado. El personal muy atento. Nos encantó, volveremos seguro, la próxima en familia, que para peques es genial también. Tiene un paseo lleno de restaurantes muy chulo también.

Overall we had an amazing stay at this hotel. I had been before in 2017 and loved it back then so chose to return. 1. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Cleaned daily. 2. Pools are amazing and definitely the best thing about the hotel. 3. Sunbeds are still a slight issue. There are signs saying not to reserve them but a high number of people choose to ignore this and lay their towels out anyway. Some to get removed and a note left to ask them not to do this however all their stuff is just left on the table so you feel a bit awkward sitting there. We managed to get a subbed most mornings after breakfast but you would struggle past 10:30 4. Food. This is the only real negative about this hotel. The food in 2017 was amazing could not fault it. They have changed the restaurant where it used to be two buffet restaurants it is now one huge one with 13 food stations in a line. The food itself is lovely and can’t fault it however this is if you can actually get to it. It is so busy no matter what time you go meaning there’s queues to get your food. There are also lots of people who choose not to queue and just push in front which leads to unpleasant experience. This part needs to change. It is like feeding time at the zoo and completely ruins the dining experience both at breakfast and evening meal which is such a shame as it has so much potential - this needs reviewing as it seems so many had the same feedback. Overall a lovely holiday.
