First of all, the place is very big, and different accommodation units are next to each other. We arrived in the early morning that night. If it weren't for the porter's guidance, I would have gone the wrong way.
There are several restaurants and swimming pools in the resort, and it is next to the beach. There is a bus terminal outside, which is very convenient to go out. Famous scenic spots and shopping centers are very close and can be easily reached on foot.
The sun on the island is very strong, so you must take protective measures.

My first time to Grand canaria, wow amazing, lovely friendly people, cleaning and stunning scenery. Me and my partner booked a 5 night stay with breakfast. The hotel was massive, cleaning and the staff worked very hard. Are room was stunning, picture added. The bed was massive and so comfortable, I slept so well. The pools where all really nice specially the infinity one. There were loads of places people could sit and space out. The were lots of stuff going on to do. The breakfast, wow, everything you could think of was there, and more...( Some pictures added) All fresh, even champagne and caviar. Location was really good, we walked along the coast line to Maspalomas, 15- 20 min maybe, which was stunning, the sea was clear and so nice too swim in. Loads of shops and restaurants around. We had a car and visited, Puerto Rico, took the ferry to Puerto Morgon, that was a lovely day. We visited others areas, which were so nice, we loved the holiday.

Sehr gut gelegene Hotelanlage. Wir waren 10 Tage zum Wandern auf Gran Canaria. War trotz der Grösse keine "Bettenburg". Ebenfalls schöne Promenade wo man was trinken kann und noch eine sehr grosse Auswahl an anderen guten Restaurants hat.

Gran decepción en el restaurante Yo y mi mujer tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable en uno de los Restaurantes del hotel. En concreto con el jefe de sala y una camarera. El primer día que llegamos quisimos comer y nos dijeron que había un nuevo sistema y que teniamos que hacer reserva. No solo no tuvimos la menor colaboración por parte del jefe de sala sino que encima nos increpó diciendo que era orden de la dirección y que debiamos hacerlo si queríamos comer allí. Tuvimos que ir a la habitación a coger el teléfono e hicimos la reserva. A pesar de estar vacío el restaurante nos dieron una mesa horrible al lado de la piscina donde daba el sol y nos salpicaban, pedimos otra mesa y nos dijeron que el sistema daba las mesas y que ellos no podian cambiarnos. Al día siguiente fue peor, el jefe de sala al vernos dijo que no había sitio allí para nosotros, QUE NOS FUERAMOS A OTRO SITIO A COMER, a pesar de ser huéspedes del hotel. Al ver el restaurante vacío hicimos la reserva con el QR sin ningún problema, queriendo convencernos que alguien había cancelado a la vez, algo que no era verdad porque hicimos la reserva antes de que nos dijeran que estaba lleno. A pesar de estar el restaurante casi vacío no nos atendió y en TONO CHULESCO él y la camarera que estaba en la entrada nos dijo que reclamaramos dandonos su nombre y diciendo que no les iba a pasar nada y que les daba igual. No volvimos a ir. Una verguenza el trato. El hotel es francamente bueno pero el restaurante con estas dos personas y el extraño sistema que han adoptado una gran desilusión.

Stayed at this fabulous hotel for seven nights in July 2024. The hotel is located on the Meonares promenade with six pools and more than enough sun beds, although they would benefit from full length cushions. The food was acceptable and the waiters were friendly and helpful. The only downside was reception. We arrived at 11-30pm and there was no porters or refreshing drinks. We were advised to request a late check out the day before departure as we would be leaving at 7pm. On the day we were told a late checkout would not be possible. I find it hard to believe that a 5 star hotel of this size could not accommodate two over 70s on this occasion.
