The hotel is fresh, clean, comfortable. Located next to the bus terminal, which is very convenient for travelers. Breakfast is normal. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. I missed a kettle in the room, but this is probably not common in Argentine hotels.

O hotel é bom, café-da-manhã gostoso, wifi estável, quartos limpos e atendimento de ótimo nível. O problema é a localização: fica afastado de tudo, ao lado de uma rodovia barulhenta. Pra nós funcionou bem, afinal, estávamos com carro alugado e o estacionamento é gratuito. Se quiser quartos sossegados escolha números ímpares pois os pares tem janela para a rodovia.

NO te recomiendo este hotel si tu objetivo es descansar. Las ventanas no tienen absolutamente ninguna aislación ni acústica ni térmica. Aire acondicionado en modo caliente que no emite calor. Baños con ligero olor a cloaca. El acceso de la terminal de buses al hotel te obliga a pasar por un túnel donde totaliza unos 30 escalones lo que lo hace difícil si vienes con maletas pesadas. El desayuno extremadamente básico con un café verdaderamente imposible de digerir. Y por último la pésima atención en recepción de una señorita por la mañana a la quién le cuentas que no has pasado buena noche debido al ruido de la carretera, le pides cordialmente una hora más de estadía y te lo niega rotundamente. PARA JAMAS REPETIR siendo alguien que pasa todos los meses por Mendoza.

Nice hotel, big room and a small pool in the complex. The breakfast was OK, but could be improved. The hotel is very noisy and the bus traffic is very loud! The windows are not insulated, even though it is a new hotel. It is perfect for a short stay and then taking the bus. You can also quickly get to the city on foot.

The Hotel is new. Everything, however, seems outsourced. Small rooms, ours very noisy, on the ground floor and facing the avenue. People were passing 5 meters from the window. The bed was good, but the bathroom is tiny. There's nowhere to put your bathroom stuff. Lots of temperature variation in the water. Speaking of water, we sometimes ran out of water to buy. There is nothing in the room for snacks, not even water. There is no room service. Nothing to buy, not even ice. It is worth mentioning the friendliness of the receptionists, Valentina and Rafael!
