房內空間非常寬裕，設備充足，停車方便，適合作為一家人渡假據點。南湖就在旁邊，周邊商城餐廳小吃應有盡有，公交站牌也就在邊上，實在方便。房東態度親切熱心，自助入住不麻煩，有問題詢問都能獲得解決。第一晚出現蟲蟲危機，告知房東後，第二天立即獲得解決。絕對推薦。
