Agradable estancia menorquina
Villa de 4 habitaciones con 2 baños y un aseo. Camas cómodas, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia en Menorca. Piscina pequeña y campo de minigolf. No hay aparcamiento para la urbanización, pero suele haber sitios cerca para aparcar. Recomendable 100%

Super séjour,
Notre logement était le numéro 22. Le logement est un peu vieillissant mais rénové sauf la cuisine qui est est vraiment vieille. De plus il est difficile de se garer. C'est pour cela que je ne met pas 5 étoiles.
En dehors de ça, rien à redire ! Il y a deux salles de douche avec WC + un WC séparé, 4 Chambres, et la clim aux deux étages.
Nous avons passé un super séjour le personnel est tres serviable. Les restaurants autour sont très bien (nous vous conseillons le restaurant de l'hôtel, le meilleur du quartier) et il y a un accès direct a la plage. Si nous revenons a Ciutadella nous retournons la bas.

Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, el complejo está pegado a la carretera y concretamente nuestra casa daba al basurero de un restaurante, con mal olor y mucho ruido además de vistas horribles claro. Además después de pagar un dineral para tener vistas a un basurero te dicen que no pueden hacer nada, te fastidias. La cocina no está reformada y además de caerse a trozos está muy sucia y con muchas hormigas. Solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón y una habitación, el resto se cuecen! Muy mal lugar, no repetiremos nunca.

The gates are open and accessible to anyone from the streets. The robbers stole our belongings and our car and crashed the car. they entered through the small toilet window. The property didn't even pay for our transport from Villa to Airport. We lost our belongings, money, documents and car in the early morning. I'm Surprised that not booking and not yucas home cares how we will get to Airport after robbery-- Booking totally ignored the situacion and never came back to us to ask if we are ok.

There is no air conditioning. The bathrooms are embarrassing because they are old and rusty, in one of them there is barely any water coming out. The doors and enclosures are destroyed. There was a storm and the downstairs room flooded about 15 cm. Water gushed in through the entrance door to the villa. The kitchen with hardly any equipment. Bed linen and towels of poor quality. The pool and garden, dirty and poorly maintained. In short, it does not meet minimum habitability conditions.

Worst holiday ever, plese avoid at all costs!! Swimming pool filthiest I've ever seen, apartment falling apart, mini golf non exsistant 40 years old no clubs or balls available. Adventure playground a joke, missing swing the other broken, very old slide looked dangerous, Tui rep advised no one has visited site in a long, long time to check standards and agreed was dated and dangerous. No lock on gate, access to outsiders, broken into and used swimming pool between midnight and 4am!! swearing and shouting, reported to receptionist the next morning- didn't want to know told us to contact the police direct. No snack shack, table tennis table broken, very small cove near, 4 families filled it up, we were at number 4 which was on a noisy main road. Disgusting place, dirty and dated. No rail in wardrobe to hang clothes, 3 mugs for 6 people, bird poo all over outside chairs and patio, broken chairs x 2 on dining room with nails sticking out. Air con not working. Shower hose broken. I could go on and on....
