We been 3 times.The food and the drinks are excellent at every meal . Everyone is very kind and friendly .The hotel very clean and well located , close to the beach . Bus station to Ciutadella outside the hotel .This place is close to our heart , always it is a pleasure to visit . Thank you for everything, we are back soon.

As the reviews show the hotel somewhat divides opinion We booked approximately 3 weeks before departure and it was the best value on the island at the time with TUI only £100 more than self catering So with that in mind The hotel is very clean and well located I emailed a request beforehand got a reply and the request was full filled The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean with good air conditioning which worked 24 hours a day and was controlled by the guests The food divided opinion between between the two of us as it did many people in the hotel Personally I enjoyed it ( apart from Saturday which was poor) Lots of fish, chicken and pork, paella and quite a few casserole style dishes it was a bit of an eclectic mix trying to cater for everyone The drinks were ok for AI The animation team worked hard and there were activities for those who wanted to participate As previously said the evening entertainment consisted of bingo which seemed very popular ( for those who enjoy it) followed by an act which we quite enjoyed it reminded us of Spanish holidays in the 1980s and usually got a lot of people up for a dance The exception being Karaoke night which was terrible So all in all we enjoyed a nice break at a reasonable price

Just returned from our second stay at this hotel and was just as good as last year. The staff here work so hard and quite a few remembered our faces from the previous year. Food is decent don't get how people have said its bad it ruined there holiday, there's something for everyone and always plenty of it. Rooms are clean and perfect for what we needed. The bar staff are great, shout out to Juanjo who always remembered what glass I liked a beer in. The animation team Paz and Mayte are a credit to the hotel, get you involved without being pushy and they are such good fun, Paz came down on her day off just to say goodbye. Situated in a lovely bay with bars and restaurants close by you, cant fault it.

Second time at the Cala Blanca after visiting last year. Just as enjoyable as last year,we met up with friends we met there last year. We all had a fantastic time with lots of funny memories. The food is of a high standard, and the hotel is clean and tidy. There are plenty of sunbeds to go around . Only one small complaint is the house baileys is no longer stocked, so only original baileys is available but is not included in the all inclusive drinks .Fantastic and lovely bar staff, especially Maribel,Gemma, and Victor . But top marks go to Paz and Mayte, the animation team, they are absolutely brilliant ,they are the nicest and funny hotel staff we have ever met ,it is Paz,s last season at the hotel she will be a massive loss for the hotel. We will definitely return at some point in the future.

What a little gem this place turned out to be, a fabulous time was had by all the family. The rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable with lovely pillows, nice balcony and plentiful hot water. The food was lovely with lots of choice and something for everyone, The Animation team were outstanding and made our holiday fun. The staff were helpful and professional in their area of work. Loved the garden area and sitting under the trees. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We had never been to this hotel before, although we have stayed in Menorca many times. We were so pleased with every thing about the hotel. Our flight arrived early on a Sunday morning but as expected we were not allocated a room until 2 pm. We were however given our AI bands so could eat and drink. During our wait we were able to see a TUI rep in person, which is unusual these days. We had like a private welcome meeting. Loads of helpful maps, bus timetables etc were given to us. We booked a trip which I will talk about later. Room- quiet room on second floor. Good size. Comfortable beds and pillows. Limited space in wardrobes for hanging anything long. Kettle provided and coffee, milk sachets, sugar etc. Small fridge in room, contained 2 bottles of water which you could refill at water coolers. Bar staff not keen on you filling large bottle for tea/coffee making so we bought some. Bathroom toiletries provided, nice clean towels changed whenever you wished.Hired a safe. Nice size balcony with clothes drier if needed. Food- Breakfasts nice, fruit , yogurt, fry up if wanted ( fried , scrambled and omelette eggs). Cakes and a ' normal toaster'. Lunch and dinner were fine, not spectacular. Always had fish, vegetarian choice and meat dishes. Nice selection of salads and vegetables. My only small complaint is that occasionally trays were not refilled very quickly so food looked a bit dried up and unappealing.Nice selection of soft drinks , wines ( and Cava) and beer. Entertainment- We are not big at joining in but what they offered sounded good and was well supported. I did aqua gym and aqua dance. Evenings always music of some sort after bingo. The ambience of the place was great, sort of comfortable and friendly. Its not a big space so you tended to recognise the same people each day/evening. Situation quiet but only 5 mins down the road to a supermarket, 10 mins to the lovely beach. A bus stop directly outside with a good service to main city Cuitadella, from where you could go to other resorts. We did an organised trip to Mahon for a harbour tour, gin distillery visit and time in centre. It was a well organised ,good value trip. On our own there is a good coastal path from Cala Blanca beach to Santandria beach. We caught a bus to Cala'n Bosch. We also got a taxi to a very interesting place called Lithica. Its a disused quarry thats been left to go back to nature, although they have started planting some areas within it. Our reception called us a taxi and the kiosk at Lithica ordered us one back. It was 11 euros each way for taxi and admission is 7 euros each. Would recommend it bur hard to find on your own as no road signs for it. So all in all a great week at a very cosy, friendly hotel , in a great location that we will definitely go back to

Can’t fault any part of this hotel very clean nice sized rooms with lovely balcony cleaned daily, lovely pool area and gardens plenty of sunbeds and places to relax,couple of mins walk to beach and about 10mins walk into Cala blanca, great little bus service that stops outside hotel and takes 15mins into Ciutadella, food was plentiful with plenty of options and themed nights great breakfasts, staff very helpful and always greeted with a smile and a hola, already looking to book again for next year, can’t comment on alcohol as don’t drink but plenty of soft drink options and lovely cappuccinos

Location was lovely as just a few minutes from The cove. Unfortunately we were first put in a single room, there was no room for the 2 of us getting ready. Our Tui rep was very good as got us a new room straight away once we made our complaint. Our new room was spacious with a big balcony looking out to the front of the hotel and we were much happier in there and we also benefited with our new room being much quieter than where we were previously with the single room as it was very near to the bar which was very noisy in the evening. Food was not great as it was cold and generally lack of selection. We ate out nearly every night in the nearby restaurant because of this. We were disappointed that our room was never really cleaned just beds remade. On a plus staff were very friendly in the reception.

Possibly the worst ‘ 4 star’ I’ve been to. Absolutely not 5 star. The food was bland one day was mashed potatoes peas carrots on the all inclusive. Another was under m cooked pork kebab (pic below). Never been on an all and done straight from airport to get decent food. The rooms were very basic. The bedding wasn’t changed once. A few times we left the sign on the door to clean the room but twice we returned to nothing being done. The drinks tasted watered down. Evening entertainment was bingo and listening to Delilah!! A firm fav of the elderly. Even had to check if we had booked on a saga holiday!!! Defo won’t be returning.( until I’m around 70)
