I stayed here for 5 nights in late May 2024 having booked through *******. Paid substantially more for a master suite with a private plunge pool that we were denied on check in and assigned to a basic room. Were told that all master suites were occupied and were denied refund of extra payment for the master suite. I immediately posted a review here on TripAdvisor noting all the above. I also did a search of 1 star reviews of this property and found multiple reports of this same bait-and-switch scam going back to 2017. Now all of those reviews have been scrubbed. Traveler beware!!!

We loved our stay there and we were sad that we only spent one night there.
The staff was super friendly and helpful from the very beginning.
We were able to check in earlier as the room was already ready.
The room itself was amazing! The interior just fit so good - we instantly felt like home. Our little terrace with pool was amazing, as well! We were surprised and hope to come back someday!

Muy bien, centrico, solo considerar que si llegas en carro no tiene estacionamiento, pero tiene un convenio a 2 cuadras.
