駅から徒歩う5－10分ほどです。シンプルだけど必要なものはそろってます。チェックインのため事前に連絡しないといけないことと着いてから電話で連絡しないといけないのがめんどくさいです。ネットや電話ができるようにしないと困ります。

El hospedaje estaba muy cerca de la estación de tren de Venecia Mestre, 2 min andando.
La habitación cumplía los estándares para pasar un par de noches.
Los inconvenientes que encontramos fueron que, el día del check-out cuando nos dispusimos a recoger el equipaje que nos habían guardado (buen punto por parte del hospedaje) nos habían tirado los alimentos y bebidas que habíamos dejado en la nevera.
Por otro lado, no disponían de ningún aseo de uso común para poder ser utilizado después de realizar el check-out.

Отличное расположение, в трех минутах от вокзала. автобусной станции, кафе, магазинов. В соседних домах и соседнем подъезде китайские кафе-ресторанчики. Заказывали - более чем достойное качество и не дорого. Касательно неприятных личностей на улице о которых писали до меня - подтверждаю, но появлялись они лишь иногда.
В самих апартаментах Очень чисто и аккуратно. Холодильник в номере. Общая зона и кухня.
Подтверждаю, то о чем в отзывах указывали до меня, о непонятной коммуникацию до заселения, которую осуществляет хозяин. Дозвониться заранее по указанному в объявлении номеру не удалось….Пришлось привлекать портал, через который происходило бронирование. Trip.com в итоге помог наладить коммуникацию!
Поэтому для помощи в поиске размещения выкладываю фото фасада дома.

Becarefull ! Price is not tally as per advertised! They advertised in trip.com writing we just pay 3 Euro at property, but when we arrived the hotel , they want collect with us 4 Euro per person for tourist tax which is same price with what they advertised.we was trying raise this issue to them and say them the trip.com app as proof , they are just don’t care , ignoring and they say you can just raise refund or discuss with trip.com.
They are trying to push away responsibility to platform.

The house itself is quite nice and safe, but the front desk is often not working and I can't be contacted if I have any questions.

The room was large and comfortable, very close to the train station.

I thought it was a hotel but it turned out to be a B&B. However, the service and facilities are not worse than those of a hotel. It is worth recommending. The room is of moderate size and I was given a triple room. It is very close to the train station (Venice Mestre), just one street away, and it is quite quiet at night. The kitchen and kitchenware can be used, and there is a microwave and a large refrigerator, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. You need to confirm with the owner before storing your luggage after checking out. Overall, it is worth recommending.
