Ficamos hospedados nesse hotel pela Europa Mundo e foi muito ruim! Café da manhã muito muito cheio, pouquíssimas opções. Chuveiro saia pouca água, e elevador é impossível de usar, minúsculo e não atende a todos os hospedes. Pela Europa Mundo não viajo NUNCA MAIS! Nesse hotel, não passo nem perto. Somente o restaurante no jantar merece um comentário positivo, pelo atendimento.

Decent sized room. But only 2 tiny elevators that fit max 2 persons w bags, 1 light on the panel at the lobby not working, numbers shown on the panel above about the floor the lift is at is incorrect. Toilet bowel v close to n facing shower, so good luck if you have long legs. Shower is missing a door so floor gets all wet when you shower. 2 small miserable tubes of shower gel, good for just 1 shower. Breakfast has poor variety, croissants stale, only cut orange available for fruit.

Tuvimos una experiencia en general buena, el hotel no estaba mal, pero tampoco era muy bueno, talvez es uno de los pocos hoteles que no dejó cafetera ni hervidor de agua en la habitación, y aunque había secador de pelo en la habitación, no funcionaba bien. El desayuno bien, las camas y almohadas bien.

Camera ampia pulita, insonorizzata, colazione ottima, personale educato efficiente e disponibile. Zeffiro della reception bravissimo ci ha comprato 194 biglietti x il bus urbano. Femata bus per piazzale Roma 50 mt Grazie a tutto lo staff Consigliato. Torneremo.

Horrible. Hotel viejo, la habitación que tuvimos con olor a cigarrillo, vinimos en invierno y la calefacción estaba averiada, al ascensor solo le caben 2 personas y 2 maletas pequeñas. No fue una buena experiencia, no lo recomiendo en sus vacaciones.

Muy muy viejo hasta los apagadores son de la época de 1910 la llave es de las viejas y cuidado limpie esas porque la cobran como moderna o más La comida es muy muy mala y el desayuno todo incluido peor El cuarto sucio y sin cafetera Supongo los tours pagan este hotel por comidas a llevarnos a Venecia del realmente podrían mejorar este servicio por la cantidad de turistas q reciben

This hotel should not have 4 stars, but 3 at best. Uncomfortable and low pillows (or no pillow at all), uncomfortable shower with the water going across the tub, not along (from the wall to the courtain). Hostile staff at the restaurant. Fee at the restaurant for heating your own water: EUR 5. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. By far an outlier in quality on the hotels we visited in our Europamundo tour (Milan, Venice, Florence, Rome)

Hotel muy viejo quedado en el tiempo. No tienen ni tarjeta de entrada, con la vieja llave. Muy lejos, no tiene nada al rededor o sea tienes que comer en el y los precios son altos. La comida no deslumbra por lo qué cuesta.

Hotel sin aire acondicionado en las áreas comunes a pesar de estar a 35 grados centígrados, mobiliario muy viejo, además de parecer una habitación de hotel de paso. No cuentan con wifi en las habitaciones y el desayuno, el peor que he tenido en mi viaje a Europa, muy simple, sin variedad. Los elevadores en horas pico, se saturan y es todo un show llegar al lobby
