The door was extremely hard to open and close on the balcony. We was put on an nosey side where ppl was fixing on a roof there was a lot of screaming

General manager Kyndel Peacock-McCurley is very unprofessional. I threw a family reunion banquet on a Saturday. My family and I cleaned the room and put up the tables ourselves, brought in staff from the front desk for inspection. Everything was okay. 3 days later this general manager to Bill me, not realizing we cleaned and got inspected by staff. She charged my car on fraudulent statements

I visit this property often. I always feel at home here. The building is older but it has charm. From the artwork to the balconies, it’s a New Orleans vibe. The front desk staff is great and add to that at home feeling and Amanda F especially knows her southern hospitality. I will continue to come back every chance I get

Rooms were great,beds were so cozy, hotel was quiet,staff was friendly and helpful, pool area was great lots of shade in the cabanas ,gym was perfect, everything was clean. We stayed for the night for my anniversary and came home to our a.c not working so we returned to stay until it was fixed. The staff was extremely accommodating and made a very stressful situation feel like a vacation.
