Il personale molto accogliente ha risolto ogni mia esigenza. Le sale conferenze sono molto spaziose e divisibili in base a ciò che dovevo realizzare. La vicinanza del palazzetto è un grande valore aggiunto a livello sia di logistico che di praticità.

Siamo venuti in gita in questo hotel e nonostante ce lo avessero presentato come un 4 stelle ne meritava solo una a dir tanto. L’acqua era gelata, il wc rotto, le pareti sporche per non parlare delle impalcature fuori dalla finestra con tanto di operai che possono guardare nelle camere. Per quanto riguarda il cibo non era malissimo ma la crostata ed il pane più duri dei sassi erano immangiabili e non oso immaginare da quanto erano lì. Inoltre l’hotel dice di avere tantissimi servizi che in realtà non sono disponibili come ad esempio la piscina e non ci sono degli spazi per sedersi a parlare appena fuori l’hotel tranne che per due divanetti. In alcune camere non andava nemmeno la luce, l’accesso ai bagni era limitato perché la porta faticava ad aprirsi a causa dello spazio limitato e le porte per accedere le camere sono pietose. Per non parlare del fatto che in una camera abbiamo trovato dei peli di rasoio sul letto (la foto) manco fatto.

We had a quiet weekend. Welcomed straight away. Full availability for any need. Also to fix our motorbikes, which we care about in particular. Abundant and well assorted breakfast. Lunch and dinner served with grace and the right timing. Excellent quality and portions. Already tried on other occasions, so they constantly keep the quality of services high. We also had the opportunity to try the swimming pool, large and spacious. Point of reference for us when we want to stop in the area and we will return again with pleasure. From a 4 star hotel I expect the top. Insufficient cleanliness in the rooms. Poor meals and inedible food. The end of year menu is the worst I have eaten in my life. Only one key per couple despite the request for a double key as they are in the room with a friend. No safe in the room. Antediluvian shower with onion spraying water everywhere. The only decent meal in three days was New Year's Eve. They insist on putting vegetables on the buffet with more than 150 people crowding together like wild beasts, given that food is scarce.
