We have already had the opportunity to stay several times at Fiesta Inn Mexicali and each experience has been very good and each time they make it even better !!! Therefore, we continue to return and it is one of our favorite hotels and destinations of the Posadas Group. This time, all I can say is that it was simply spectacular !!! The hotel staff is what makes that difference, they are customer service oriented and they pay attention to every single detail :) It has very nice facilities, very comfortable rooms and beds, the food is very good as well (preparation, flavor, freshness), we also like the pool a lot and it is another plus of the hotel. The location of the hotel on an important and central avenue is ideal. 100% RECOMMENDABLE!!

El Hotel es nuevo y las habitaciones están muuuyyy bien, amplias, una gran TV y las camas comodisimas. El baño tiene una ducha grande y es de agradecer, súper cómoda. El personal de recepción muy amables y resolutivos. Pero en el restaurante tienen que mejorar muchísimo, tanto el personal como la variedad. Pedi para cenar una ensalada César en principio room service pero al final cambié de opinión y les dije que comer en el restaurante, pues después de 30 min (había 2 mesas más) me la ponen en una bolsa para llevar a la habitación y encima me querían cobrar más porque no habían actualizado los precios en la carta, finalmente me cobraron lo que ponía en la carta y no habían actualizado. Pero lo peor fue el desayuno, no esta a la altura de la cadena Marriot, muy poca variedad, no había ni pan de barra, todo de molde, lentos al ser ir, terminas vas a tomar más cosas y rápidamente te quitan todo de la mesa sin preguntar, fueron incapaces de poner el fútbol en la TV después de decir que lo ponían. Espero que sea porque son nuevos, excepto el restaurante el resto esta muy bien y cómodo.

Don’t believe the pictures (they are very good pictures, btw). Actually not a bad hotel. The staff were helpful and they provide a free small breakfast. I was honestly fooled by the quality pictures and the reviews (don’t believe many of the reviews either). I thought I could stay in a nice, affordable hotel. The rooms are small, the towels are old, my safe didn’t work. If just staying by myself, it would have been fine. As a couple, I’d go nicer and more expensive

Dos detalles importantes - No hay relación sobre el precio por la noche vs la calidad de la habitación y servicio. Nos quedamos en familia una noche y nos asignaron una habitación la cual estaba bastante descuidada, baño viejo y sucio, hay unas fotos donde se ven algunas habitaciones remodeladas aparentemente pero la que nos asignaron no era así. Si no han remodelado el hotel por completo entonces hagan una diferenciación del precio - Reserve por medio de su aplicación del hotel seleccionando que quería el desayuno, nos quedamos dos adultos y dos menores. Cuando hice el check in pregunté y confirme que si incluía el desayuno y mencionaron que si. Cuando llegamos al restaurante los 4 también me dijeron que si tenía desayuno, cuando ya estábamos comiendo se me acerco el mesero a decirme que solo incluía el desayuno de 2 adultos y los niños me los cobrarían, pregunté y mencioné que nadie aclaró esto y tampoco en la confirmación de la reservación hacía mención de esto, al final me la cobraron En general no fue buena experiencia.

This hotel was recommended by a few people. There are not a lot of places to stay in Mexicali so we stayed there. Rooms are ok not new like people are saying. They are ok nothing to write home about. The worst thing was that my wife had surgery the following day. We left the hotel at 5am that morning to the hospital and during prep they found a tick on my wife's hand. No we do not have pets and the only place for this to have happened would be the hotel as the elevators are not really watch and anyone can sneak a dog inside. We called the hotel and ask for a supervisor to call but of course 3 days after staying there no calls.
