Beautiful and comfortable room. Access with elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floors with outdoor patio.

The hotel is very comfortable: very central. Its location is perfect. Very clean, plenty of hot water, and excellent service. However, there are some things I haven't liked: they always give me suite PB5, which is in front of the elevator; Since the door is made of opaque glass, there is light all night. I asked the girl at the reception to turn it off, but she told me that it can't be done, because it is a hallway that is used all night. Another thing: said suite is next to the cistern, so you can hear the sound of falling water all night. The frankly terrible thing is the internet: neither the phone data works (due to the corner of the room) nor the available internet networks. Impossible to connect to YouTube or Netflix: they have Smart-TVs, but without internet, it is impossible. Finally, they should consider putting in heating: the hotel is very comfortable, but too cold in winter.

Excellent choice for our 1st time to Mexico

The service and location is excellent.
The room had a larger window as I had requested, but we couldn't have it open because it didn't have a mosquito net. We couldn't sleep all night because between the mosquitoes, bites and heat, it was impossible for us.
