酒店的住宿體驗非常失望。房間雖然寬敞，但衞生條件堪憂，地毯上有明顯污漬，浴室也有黴味，床單看起來沒有及時更換。隔音效果極差，晚上能聽到走廊上的喧嘩聲，影響休息。前台服務態度冷漠，辦理入住等待時間過長，溝通也不夠友好。位置雖然靠近市中心，但周邊環境雜亂，晚上還聽到街上的噪音。早餐質量差，食物種類少且不新鮮，餐廳衞生也令人擔憂。整體來説，這次入住體驗非常糟糕，很不推薦這家酒店。

The location is a bit spooky at night , although the location is a bit close to the central .
Actually in this price you cannot expect more about the room , it is clean but small.

La habitación es pequeña. Hacía calor y el ventilador ayudaba pero poco. Las almohadas muy incómodas y la cama tenía cabellos de huéspedes anteriores lo cual se me hizo un poco antihigiénico pues no me asegura que hayan limpiado bien la habitación. Por la noche muy ruidoso y aunque el personal se da cuenta, no hace nada al respecto. No pude dormir bien.
La ubicación es buena. Se encuentra cerca del zócalo. Creo que por el precio está bien.

El hotel es lindo y el personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Las habitaciones pequeñas pero comodas y limpias, coinciden con las fotos.
La zona en que está ubicado el hotel no es la mejor, sin embargo queda cerca del Zócalo (a 10-15min caminando)
