Very well located.

The room is very comfortable, spacious, clean and beautiful

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, but the lobby is not grand enough. Overall it is good.

Pics from the post looked very different like it was a 1 bedroom and then a separate living room and kitchen. That was not the case. It was all in one room very small not what I thought we rented . We had 3 kids and 2 adults no privacy everyone had to go in the bathroom to change. Glad it was only for one night !

Property location was quite central in Brickell on a quiet street however the area seems to be experiencing sewage problems or something because the smells were appalling.

since miami become so expensive, this hotel is one of the good option for price sensitive clients. new building, walkable to places. great location with good price value

Everything was great except the cheapest toilet paper in the world and don’t ask the valet to get you a cab as he may call a friend who will charge you and arm and a leg. Use a registered taxi or Uber.

This was a terrible experience & I highly recommend not booking this hotel or a Hyatt ever. When we arrived we found out hotel had given away our room even after we had paid for it. They said they were “overbooked” & gave our room away hours ago and gave us no advance notice. They were going to put us into a dumpy hotel miles away. We ended up scrambling to find a hotel during a 3-day wkend when everything is already booked & the hotel was terrible. Hyatt has no respect for their guests who book in advance & hotel management is completely incompetent. We will never book a Hyatt again due to this experience.

Not the best place to stay ., bed not comfortable.. sheets are rough, bathroom have mold , wood floor were chipping off… not my best experience
